We required a WDO- wood destroying organism inspection as per refinancing guidelines. North West Exterminating responded quickly . Did a thorough assessment and furnished the information to expedite the process smoothly. Highly recommended..

They were equity to come for a inspection! David and Jose were respectful of my home and gave use fair pricing! They were also kind to my dogs which matters a lot to us! Hunter and another young man, whom I did not catch his name, came to do the initial home service! They were fast and efficient. The termite systems was placed quickly and well! There already seems to be a reduction in bugs and were are happy so far! Also Tamara the customer service rep at this branch is wonderful! We would recommend this branch! We are happy with our experience so far 🙂

Due to outdoor projects that included landscaping, most of our existing bait stations needed to be replaced. I was offered 2 options, both reasonably priced. Once I made the decision, another technician was sent out in a matter of days to place new bait stations around our house. Very happy with the service from Northwest!

Showed up as scheduled but no evidence of internal or external treatment. We ended up doing self-treatment which has been successful thus far. Not sure if this was an anomaly of service but we are a first time Customer and expected much more for the initial visit/cost.

Would not recommend. Sent a man to my home in announced with a pick axe to remove termite traps. Scared my wife half to death. When I called the person that answered the phone seemed unfazed and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Apparently sending someone to my home unannounced with a weapon is no big deal. The man is lucky he wasn’t shot. They should care more about there employees, even if they don’t care about there customers. You put your guy in a bad situation. Maybe give a phone call when you are on the way next time.

We used Northwest Exterminating for 2.5 years on our northwest Cobb county rental home for the quarterly bug service. We saw very few bugs and when we did they were dead. Only once did we have 2-3 live bugs (the big black ones😖) but it was hot, rainy summer and they were scheduled to come in a few weeks anyways. Came right out and took care of it and we didn’t see anymore bugs. Friendly, Effective professional service....highly recommend!

I bought my home back in 2019 as a new build. The builder supplied a year warranty for terminates. Ever since, I have received a fake statement asking to remit $75 for a service. It is very shady, no one has come out and done any work, they don’t call and speak to you. They try and steal $75 for something they didn’t do. I would never do business with this company ever. Too shady

DO NOT USE NORTHWEST! You will pay for a service and then they will call you months later and tell you that you did not pay to try to get more money out of you. I had bank documentation! They are shady crooks!!!! I feel bad for people who dont realize they already paid for a service and end up paying again. Use Breda. They dont charge you a first time initiation fee for the first service (Northwest charged me $125 first service the $85 every time after that). They actually will call you to set up a time to come out to your house as well, unlike Northwest showing up when youre not home and claiming they sprayed the outside and now you owe them $80.JUST SAYING... BUYER BEWARE OF NORTHWEST!!!

Excellent service for new house. Brad was very polite and friendly, taking care to explain everything and watch out for our dog during his time here. Offered added mosquito service but didnt pressure and let us think about it. Great experience would highly recommend.We also had termite installation done. Jonathan, Billy, and Jake were great to work with. Very professional, showed us the baiting system and where all the stations were. We liked it so much we signed up for lawn service. Great job team!

Have been using about a year for my pest control needs. While the office staff can be a little dismissive, my actual tech Drew certainly makes up for all that, and always addresses all of my concerns with expediency.

I have utilized Northwest Exterminating since 2004.This includes their termite and pest control services, rodent control services, carpenter ant services and their recently added HVAC services.I have found their services to be excellent.Equally important, the administrative team and technicians clearly understand and demonstrate excellent customer service.This is a top notch company!

Northwest does a great job. We have had no problems with this service. We are sensitive to the standard chemicals used for pest control but those used by Northwest are safe. Our service tech is Jacob Hemby and he is great. He gets the job done properly and is very personable.

They are great! Always come when they say they will. Have been great answering questions! We had one minor problem once and they were super professional in addressing and quickly came out and fixed the problem! They are awesome!

Worst experience I have had with a service company! After coming out and Not getting rid of my roaches ( they did not treat behind my dishwasher) I did my own pest control and got rid of them. They never came out to do a follow up service, and now I am dealing with a Law firm saying I owe for work they never did!

Had an issue with them after removing bait stations from my house however, they made it right and I am a satisfied customer once again. I was not the easiest client when it came to addressing the issue but I was thoroughly impressed with how their CSR handled herself.

We are not customers of Northwest Exterminating but, we do live next to one of their customers in a very closely built cottage community. All 50 houses here are very close to each other making for tight quarters for all.Herein lies the problem... NW Exterminating sold a Sentricon style system to our former neighbor and came into our courtyard while we were not home and without permission or consultation to install the bait stations using a long steel rod. The way we knew they were there was finding these green plastics caps in the ground. The person installing these devices drove the stake through the drainage pipe that services both my house and my neighbor’s house. Now over a period of time the punctured pipe has allowed dirt and sediment to enter and clog the pipe the entire length to the outlet. When we have rain the downspout from our neighbors house and our downspouts back the water up allowing it to gush out to the point it looks like a fountain. In doing this it has eroded soil away from the foundation and absolutely floods our area.I have talked with the managers since discovering this puncture and have been put off until they got a new manager by the name of Jody. He was accommodating initially and came out to see the issue prior to our former neighbor selling her house and agreed to fix the issue, including unstopping the entire drain pipe. Jody procrastinated, didn’t come out when he said he would, went on vacation, didn’t show when he agreed to after vacation and now a new and very contentious owner has moved in and JODY has escaped the promise by saying,” She’s the owner of the downspout and I can’t do what was agreed upon.”This is an issue that has been going on long before the new owner moved in and NW Exterminating has ducked the issue to a point that I wouldn’t ever be able to trust the integrity of this company and their representatives. The manager before Jody and now Jody himself, has shown to be totally unreliable to the deal with.If you decide to use an exterminator, Please shop around!If I were able to, I would give them a negative number of Stars....sad.UPDATE: Responded toNW Exterminatings request to contact the company.... Absolute silence on the effort they requested. Request obviously an attempt to try and show they were willing to talk....Monumental Fail!!! I guess they assume everyone is easily led.

We’ve had excellent care and customer service through NW. Technicians are friendly and thorough, office staff is always polite. They are always quick to come and re-treat if needed, but for the most part bugs are non existent.

I have been a customer for 12 years or more if I find a bug in my house it is dead, Brad Smith is my Representative he is a great guy and always on time and does a great job, Brad an Northwest are always willing to work with me if I need to reschedule.

Had my Elite Green mosquito service today Thanks so much to Austin for taking the extra time to answer all of my questions and assure me that I had no other problems! It is so nice to know that these guys have my back if and when I see a bug --- I dont like crawlers or flyers of any kind and NorthWest makes sure I am pest free year round!!
