I had a great visit today at Dental Care Acworth. The first thing that caught my eye was the decor. The office is clean and the staff is professional and inviting. Carlye cleaned my teeth and she was amazing. I haven’t had the best dental experiences in the past which causes me anxiety when I go to get my teeth cleaned. However, she was so sweet and reassuring. She always explained to me what she was getting ready to do and was always making sure I felt okay after she was done. I look forward to coming back to this office!

Best dental visit I’ve ever had. Dr. Mitchell and his staff are great. They’re professional, yet personable. I had a root canal and extraction in the same visit. They communicated with me throughout the entire procedure, making sure I was comfortable, and pain free. I’m excited and can’t wait to go back for my next procedure in 4 weeks.

I have been using a chain dental practice for years so I decided to move to a more intimate setting. There is no waiting room filled with people and I was called back immediately. Let’s start with the receptionist at the front desk. She was so energetic, had a beautiful smile and a pleasant voice. She was also very professional.The dental hygienist is amazing! She explained everything to me as she provided the service. When I left, I had a clear and concise understanding of next steps. By the way, make sure you have the bubblegum flavored fluoride treatment.The dentist is very professional. He took the time to carefully analyze my x-rays and did a thorough examination. He has a one step at a time approach which is how it should be when it comes to dentistry. I’ll be returning in 10 days to start my treatment plan. By the way, the dentist is very very handsome!

Terrific experience here for my whole family. Everyone here are helpful, and show concern for all our issues. Service is great, and Dr. Mitchell takes the time to explain what he sees, why it happened, and what is needed to fix it. Could not ask for more in a dentist.

Visiting a Dentist after a very long time and definitely am glad that I chose Dr. Mitchel and his team as I was extremely nervous. My Hygienist Carlye was awesome!!!! She was extremely caring and sweet and made sure that I was absolutely comfortable and calm. They would call you and find out your out-of-pocket cost beforehand, so you have the correct expectations before going in. I had such a great experience here. I came because I saw the 5 stars and the practice definitely lived up to the hype. I have had some traumatic experiences in the past, but I’m actually excited to come back. Such a great and calm atmosphere.

Years ago I had my wisdom teeth removed and it ended up a mess that left me with nerve damage and loss of taste in my tongue and side of my mouth. After that I developed a bit of a phobia. Fast forward to now and I had a dental emergency on that side of my mouth, I was terrified but based on the google reviews for Dr. Mitchell I called. From the first phone call to me seeing Dr. Mitchell, every person in the office has been kind, comforting, understanding, and non-judgmental. It is such a relief to find a dentist office like this one!

I’m currently visiting my family in GA and I had a dental emergency (at last I thought I did, lol). Great experience, very sweet staff, Melissa really made me feel very comfortable, unlike me since I’m usually frightened to go to the dentist.I will definitely go here once I move to GA.

I.... Do not do well at the dentist. I do realize that it is not supposed to be fun (otherwise they would probably call it Six Flags instead of the dentist), but I have a very hard time every time I go. That being said, I feel more comfortable here than I have at any other dentist office. The staff is very accommodating and gentle, the office is very clean and organized, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen (I struggle with impatience... 😬). The Doctor and assistants work very efficiently and calmly together, which helps to alleviate some of my anxiety.

Love everyone here! Dr. hygienist is awesome does great work! Carlye is by the BEST hygienist! The whole staff is just amazing! Thank you all for all you do!

Dr. Mitchell & staff are AMAZING! I went in for my cleaning/exam, and Dr Mitchell found a few fillings that needed to be replaced. He took the time to show me what treatment was needed and offered to take care of it same day.The injection is usually the worst part, but I didn’t feel a thing! He is gentle and communicates throughout the entire process to ensure that you are ok. Great experience and great office!

Amazing! I honestly picked one of the first choices Google suggested for a dentist when I moved to Acworth, but it was such a great choice! My hygienist was Carly, and she was AMAZING! So kind and gentle and understanding of my nerves! I’m always nervous and anxious at the dentist, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the time I called to make a appointment ( Cindy was awesome Everyone was ) to the time I left was such a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I had a great experience at Dental Care Acworth with Dr. Mitchell! I was nervous coming in because I have nothing been to the dentist for some time. The staff was super friendly, the office space was clean and welcoming, and the entire experience was comforting. TVs in the ceiling so I could watch something while laying back, and was genuinely looked after/cared for to ensure I had a positive experience since I was nervous. I did have to have one cavity filled and I am pleasantly surprised with how easy that was - and trust me I was nervous. Dr. Mitchell took great care of me and I look forward to continuing to come here for cleanings and maintenance moving forward because they have managed to alleviate my fear of going to the dentist thanks to this team.

We are so excited to have found Dr. Brian and his practice. During the pandemic we had to find a new Dentist as my wife no longer could see her Dentist in Alpharetta due to remote work. She is extremely picky and had visited a few offices in Towne Lake where we live and she just wasn’t happy. She appreciates no nonsense (meaning he recommends treatment based on your needs) approach to Dentistry as well as a comfortable environment that makes you feel at ease with your Dental issues. Dr. Brian is a great Dentist and he is not only a General Dentist he is a skilled Endodontist! Yes, he does root canals! He’s a one stop shop. My wife is in the Dental field and she knows her stuff. We finally found our family dentist! In addition to Dr. Brian, his staff is down to earth and welcoming. We are super excited to have found him! Thank you Dental Care Acworth! I will be bringing our adult children to him soon.
