Raymond was the technician who fixed my computer. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, quick, and friendly. He also had same day service available. Would highly recommend him and we will be using him again for all of our technology problems in the future!

I am so thankful for Raymond! An update corrupted my operating system and completely froze my computer. I called Raymond and he came to my home the same afternoon. He worked on it for 3 hours but it was so damaged that he had to take it back to his shop. He updated me throughout the evening as he worked on it. He was able to save my data and restore my computer as if it were new. He returned it the next afternoon and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. I hesitated to get my computer fixed, despite its slowness and disappearing functions, because I couldnt afford to be without it for work. When the frustration outweighed inconvenience and I finally called Raymond on a weekend, he came out and diagnosed the problem, took the laptop to his place to work on it, and fixed it the same day. That might not be the case for every computer, but it sure was a blessing! The prie was very reasonable. He also thoughtfully restored my apps, backed up my content, and provided tips on how to improve speed, memory and functionality. I could not be happier with the work he did. Very recently our company experienced a hard drive crash which never happens at a good time for a small business. Raymond is awesome! He came out to my office twice. Didnt charge me for the first visit and was very reasonable when he came back the following week after the part came in. He was able to quickly fix a problem another local company could not.

My experience was amazing! First of all I must say that I left a message and my call was immediately returned. I had door to door service. I received a call saying that they were ten minutes out, they arrived after five minutes. They were cleanly dressed. They were all my favorite Ps. Professional, patient, polite and knowledgeable. The tech did not leave until my computer was completely restored, right down to the printer and new virus protection software. I received so much extra attention to my computer and the price was just as they quoted. I cannot recall having received better customer service. I am so glad I found MTS. No, I am not related. Ive been using Raymond for several years now for a variety of issues related to my legacy HP desktop (2008). Hes fixed everything thats been required from installing replacement hard drives, video and sound cards plus alot of software issues - including Windows. I found Raymond and his company to be not only reasonable from a cost perspective - but hes allowed me to avoid unnecessarily buying new machines. Doesnt mean I will never have to replace mine eventually - but hes helped to minimize this expense. He also has good customer service practices by doing repairs either on-site, remotely or from his shop. Youd be crazy not to try him.
