This company is a joke! Anna the insurance agent is very unprofessional and likes to act like she cant speak English if she doesnt want to speak with you but yet will make unauthorized changes to a 19 year Olds policy and then say she doesnt know what you speak of. I would advise this company to investigate all her policies she has started. I will be reporting her the the state for her actions.

Always there to help me when I needed them. They are not open 24 hrs but their hours and reasonable. Super friendly And very professional staff. Could not ask for a more safe and trusting environment to do my bussiness with and the tellers are bilingual. Thank youll for doing the best you can to make my visits a great one.

This place used to be awesome until they decided to change their hours and not update the information on the Internet as well as Google maps all they want to do is just leave a note on the door saying sorry we are now closing at 10. I would have given your five stars literally like three or four months ago when yall were awesome in 24 hours and always at any customers convenience yall were there now you suck

I cash my check here every other week, {have for the last year} and I have car insurance here. Never had a problem. Very nice people.

Do not even mess with these guys, i got insurance from them, but 3 months later i went back to change my auto-payment, but they started laughing saying they do not work with the provider that i had just RECENTLY got insurance with saying they are no good and i ended up spending a whole 3 days just to try and pay my insurance because the insurance company resides in some other state and they were hard to work with, because i called them and they said that SUPER AUTO inc was the one that was the only one that could mess with my account, in all its a BIG MESS AND PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL IN ANYTHING. now imagine if i actually do need to use my insurance for like an accident

Do not for any reason do business with Choice Loans. That company has some of the most horrible customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life.

It three in the morning on a Friday and me and my bf came up here so he could cash his check since he just got off and its open 24/7 and we got up here and none of the workers were behind the counter so we waited 10 mins tried to call and no answer so then we waited another five mins and called again and finally some answered and they guy who answered was rude and didnt believe we had been waiting that long....I would recommend this place at all...very disappointed
