Absolutely TERRIBLE. 10/10 would NOT recommend. My car was towed for ONE business day. ONE BUSINESS DAY. Came back and they had broke into it bc they did not have my key. They threw all my stuff into trash bags! My registration and title was ripped in areas and thrown in a trash bag. My tire lights were on.

They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They went thru my personal items the day after they took the car everything was put in a trash bag. They had no key so they had to break into it. They left black marks in my driveway where they drug it out. And the hours of operation.is a joke .

Hands down the best recovery company around, very professional and fast got my Maserati back in one piece, thank you guys.

I want to first start off by saying I picked up a car that was not mine, so I had no personal feelings toward this company due to the situation.Shady business... The people were helpful up until the guys at the tow lot. They will gladly take your money, but will not treat your car with any respect. The way they handle them around the lot is anything but careful. The car I was picking up was not mine, and they treated me like I had committed a crime. They will gladly take your money (800 dollars) and count a car that was there for 2 days, as sitting in the lot for 3 calendar days. The car was picked up at 8PM on Saturday and reclaimed 2PM on Monday. Two people in front of me were missing their right hub cap on their car and one of the cars even had damage in the back. They went through the persons car that I was picking up and threw everything in a black trash bag. From my understanding, why are they going through a car without even having keys before the car is even turned in for auction? I guess they assume a majority of the cars wont be picked back up, but it is still not an excuse to act and treat cars like they are toys while going through personal items in it. I couldnt even get a answer out of the guy when asking how it was towed to check for damage underneath without getting a rude reply. I advise all bankers to check reviews before sending in paperwork to companies like this to pick up a car. I will make sure the person who I picked the car up for will give a call to the loan office this week and give them feedback to choose a different company in the future for other cars due to the way vehicles are treated.

Excellent Repo Company, All these negative reviews make me laugh. First off if you deadbeats would pay your bills on time you would never have to deal with BVR. So pay your damn bills and stop looking for something to cry about how you have been treated.

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. I had an issue that required no action other than speaking with the office manager. GMAC instructed me in the matter. My phone call was met with rudeness, hostility & condescension. I realize the receptionist screens calls, but not all business is to be shared. Needless to say, my call wasnt put through. When my daughters car was repoed my truck was damaged in the process. I wasnt going to file a claim, but after what I encountered. Maybe. GMAC is aware of the situation. I wanted to keep things low key, but I feel social media should let the masses know.

They improperly repossessed my vehicle and Would not let me pick it up after they asked me to wait all day for them to bring it back and they did not. I am going to sue them when I get a second.

Helps our office when needed. If only customers would pay on time. BVR would not be near your driveway.

Picked up my car today from their lot. Someone had drove 228 miles using half a tank of gas. I track my miles because I drive for Uber and use it for tax purposes. Plus personal property from my vehicle was stolen. Not a good honorable company.

6:30am this morning very few cars on the road. One of the recovery trucks was driving down townlake with there bright white lights on in the back blinding people. Then proceed to brake check me coming to a complete stop in the middle of the road. I want to know who this driver was asap.

I went to pick up my property and i had three black garbage bags full of junk . i was like omg who knew i had all this in my car . well i get the bags home and start going through them and im missing several items . i was rudly told to file a police report and thats all he hung up these people are rude . so now i just have to kiss all my valuables goodbye ?

Had very positive experiences both times we used the services of BVR. They are courteous and helpful, return calls in a timely fashion and always respond to questions with care and concern.Highly recommend.

This place is the worst i promise. $75 just to get your stuff out of your car car then if that isnt bad enough they steal. Before my wife car was repoed by them she kept her legal firearm (ruger .45) in her car. Our car has never been broke in b4 but the night they come get her car it go missing. Now mind yu out of everything that was in our car only 2 things was missing my wife gun and her $23.Bad company why put your business in jepority for a firearm and $23. P.s Return her firearm theives.

This company should be closed down...crooks...they ran all over my truck while repoing another..just yesterday and told me they didnt do it as they dont have a white truck...the truck picked up was white...just as the snach truck on their web sight. .they told me to file a report...so..a hit and run is being filed as we speak...RUN FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

My mom died and after a year and a half I decided I didnt want the car but I couldnt sell it so I let I get repossessed and the next day I realized some keys were in there and they wont let me get them even though lge sent an email saying it was okay and to just take my license. First they said they dont have an email then they said they did but I have to pay for my own stuff!!!!!!!!

My truck got towed here so I drove over an hour to get it back. I arived 2 minutes past 4:00 on a Friday and the heartless jack leg that runs the lot wouldn’t give me my truck. I had to wait until Monday because they’re open on weekdays only. To make matters worse, they don’t even open until 10:00 am. I had to take a 1/2 day off work because these of these lazy crooks. It’s a shame they are in business. I’m going to find a way to fix these people. I’m open to nonviolent suggestions.

They trespassed like theives in the middle of the night on private propterty not even belonging to the owner of the vechicle they took. When asked who was paying for the damage to the driveway they said it was covered by homeowners insurance. So thats is why insurance is so expensive. People like them do damage to your property and your insurance goes up because you have to make a claim. Doesnt sound right to me. I wonder if it would sound right to the local TV Channels?All they had to do was come to the door and say they were there for the car. Personal items would have been removed from the car which now have a fee of $50.00 to claim. Sounds like a reason not to knock on someones door if you ask me. I dont see how they look at themselves in the mirror.
