I actually didnt get anything done to my car because of his recommendation. Instead of trying to get my money he recommended I do something else. Like wow. I used Concept Collision Center following an accident where I was rear ended. Derrick and his wonderful staff assisted me through the process and kept me informed along the way. The damage to my vehicle was more than visually inspected and they went above and beyond working with the insurance company to make sure all additional damage was reported and covered. The body work and painting preformed on my vehicle was done with the highest attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company.

Concept started off strong with a personal meeting with the owners about my 1979 Volkswagen and the fiberglass camper top that had been crushed by a tree in Hurricane Michael. Derek and Gail were extremely kind and assured me that they could take care of it and quoted a great price and I left it with them.They completely went over the top, installing new windows, repairing the crushed sections, and finishing it with a nice rhino liner to add texture and more strength. It looks fantastic and will look fantastic for years.Though one thing went wrong: the sealant used to seal up the camper shell was not truly water resistant - I personally spoke to Derek and he was not happy, he said that he sent someone out to get silicone sealant and they must have gotten the wrong stuff and offered to take it back and fix it for free.Over all: Concept was given a vintage vehicle, and a impossible to replace fiberglass shell, and they did a real good job for a great price. Derek and Gail are fantastic owners, though I can’t say many great things about the guys working in the shop as they didn’t know the difference between a real water sealant and a sealant that dissolves in the rain.5 Stars for Derek and Gail.4 Stars for the sealant mishap.

Amazing service! This family owned company made taking care of my damaged bumper so easy! They were so friendly and helped us find the best, most affordable option. Gail and the team at Concept Collision were awesome! They went toe to toe with the insurance company and called me with regular updates. They even re-painted my pinstripes and put in a brand new Kia Symbol on the front of my car on their dime. My vehicle looks incredible!

First, excellent work and they were great about going to bat with our insurance company on the cost of the repair. Second...oh my gosh, they are so kind and accommodating, making you feel like family. Heck, I feel like just going to the shop to hang out with them. Hopefully, I wont need a collision shop again any time soon but i would 100% go back there and recommend them highly.

Quite honestly, the only quality work I experienced at Concept Collision Center was the paint, which was outstanding. Unfortunately the guy who buffed it then marred parts of it so even that was messed up. Everything else was far below the level of anything I would expect.I’ll try and keep this brief. My repair took 8 weeks with a quoted estimate of 5-10 days. The only reason why I let them have my car for so long was that I was told multiple times the parts would all be OEM GM purchase parts and there was a GM strike. They werent, I was completely lied to about it multiple times. They could give me no actual reason why they had my car for so long when I picked it up. They compensated me for the trouble and I thought that was going to be it.Sadly it wasnt. As soon as I got in the car I smelled a musty/wet smell. The entire 8 weeks they had my car, the passenger window had been allowing water into the car so the seat had begun molding. After I got home and started to dig into the repairs I found even more problems. The front air dam was still damaged and was installed upside-down and backwards on the mount. The hood and panels weren’t aligned well at all which caused fairly significant panel gaps. A hose clamp was never reattached to its mounting point and was rubbing up against the serpentine belt. There were leaves and pine needles all over the engine bay which tells me the car was left outside for some time with the hood off. Just lots of small things that really add up and aren’t something I would expect from a body shop that says they pride themselves on quality of work, especially after having a car that long.

This place is exceptional. Although we were rattled, I felt like we were in the best hands after my daughters accident. Gail and Danylle took care of us like we were old friends; fighting to keep the car from being totaled, making sure everything was taken care of properly, going above and beyond on a number of items, communicating with me almost daily. And the car looks great! All round, an excellent experience.

Had a great time chatting with and learning from Derrick as well as the nice ladies at the front counter. I can say that they care about their customers because they even said something that may have involved me not spending any money with them at all. Just so happens I ended up doing business here and am glad I did my 2017 sports car looks like new. Confident there is nothing they cant do in their domain. If they couldnt they would tell you straight up and even try to point you in the direction best for you. More than you can say about most business establishments these days.

Excellent service and work. The staff make you feel valued and take the time to go over repair options as opposed to a take-it-or-leave it attitude. The repair looks fantastic, and they even touched up a small scratch that was not in the original scope. They handled the rental car arrangements, which saved me time. I also saw them help an active duty soldier who talked of having his restoration job declined at other places. Im so glad I came here.

Took my Dodge Ram in and had the best experience I have ever had! Great people! They matched my color and fixed everything like new! Cant even tell its been hit! Initially, I took my car to one of the big chains in the area (based on advice from my Ins Carrier). The experience with the big chain was a train wreck.So, I later took my car to Concept— and could not have been happier with the result. I was the meat in a 3-car insurance seminar. I called these folks looking for info on how to handle the collision. The gal I spoke with talked with me for over a half-hour, instructing me on how things worked and what I needed to do (and not do; since it wasnt my fault). She really helped me get things going correctly.They did excellent work on the car. I can barely tell where there was any damage. I also had them detail the car while they had it and they managed to get EVERY piece of dog hair out of the interior. It was amazing! The work was done in quick order and they had me back on the road in no time.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great work, quick turnaround. These folks made a rather traumatic experience much easier to deal with!

I needed an emergency touch up on a 70 cuda that was scheduled for a movie shoot. They took the car in and did a fantastic job with it. Incredibly friendly staff.

Concept Collision did an amazing job on my car. I had a mild fender bender and they told me to bring my car the next day. The staff was super nice and told me not to worry about the insurance company, they would handle it. My car was done in the 4 day estimate and it looks better than before my accident! Hoping I dont need body work any time soon, but if I do concept collision will be where I am headed.

We damaged our brand new motorhome and after considering 4 different repair shops (including taking the coach back to the factory to be repaired) we decided on Concept collision. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship was better than the factory. I am very fussy about my motor home and I can easily see where the factory took shortcuts but Concept didnt take any shortcuts. I can honestly say that the repairs were better than the original factory paint job.

This shop was amazing did a wonderful and very professional job! I had many valuables in my vehicle that were still in there when the job was finished! They helped work with my insurance company to get everything completed in a timely manner! I do not believe a single person at this shop would take anything from anybody, I do feel that if there was any issues and you contacted them they would without a doubt take care of the situation, I know it is not my place to say anything when it has nothing to do with me but before EVER posting a negative review about a company you should try to solve the issue directly. I will 100% spread the name of this company and if ever I need to return to a shop for help I will return to Concept Collision Center!

About 2 months ago my car got broken into while I was at work and after going through all the hassle with the insurance company I found this wonderful Body Shop literally 2 minutes from my house. Everyone there was super nice and super friendly and they were able to take care of my car in a very timely manner as well as not costing me a lot of money. Anybody in Acworth or Kennesaw that needs to get some body work done on their car I suggest you take it here.

The quality and service was excellent. One things keeps me from a five-star rating is that their lobby wreaks of cigarette smoke. They actually smoke inside.

I took my car to this location for a free estimate on repairs. The repairs cost more than my car was worth, so they offered to buy it for 500. I told them i was gonna go get lunch and talk with my wife about it. Came back and the woman who works there changed the mans mind to 300 for my car. After I reinstated the 500, she was quick to getting aggravated. At this point I left and went to a dealership where they offered me 1000 for it. Id like to thank the woman for low balling me so that I could get a fair price!Thanks again!

I have a 2007 VW GTI. It is black with gold speckles in it. In December it was keyed. Concept Collision matched the paint color perfectly! It literally looks brand new! Great paint job, was completed in a timely manner and the people that work there are very friendly! Highly Recommended!!!

Poor quality at best. The third time I got my truck back it had sand marks in the paint, and buffing compound caked in the door and hood jam. Also my black interior was stained white from debri in the body shop. Also took them an extra week to fix my door handle that they broke. It cost me $120 to have my truck cleaned after I got it back from the body shop since I didnt trust them to fix it. I recommend finding another bodyshop that takes pride in their work. I have seen better work from Maco.
