Mr. Gus and his team are amazing! It was a busy morning in their shop as I’m sure it’s that way every day but regardless of the busyness they took care of every customer with care! Fantastic customer service; friendly, polite and helpful! They strive to do their best and were so quick to get it done! I’m a loyal customer now and will definitely refer my friends and family to this location!

I have been using Discount Tire for 17 years at this location. Cannot say enough good things about this particular location. Consistently excellent customer service & prices. I was waited on and served today by Archer (Thomas) who is very customer service oriented. They were swamped with business while I was there but got me in and out very timely.

My second full set of tires purchased at DT and Im always happy with my service. I was called a few days before my appointment letting me know my tires came in early! So they got me in/out today within an hour. Very thankful!

Discount tire was nothing but professional. I called 5 or 6 tire companies and didnt get the service and knowledge that Chad had about the tires. The price was great too. And they offered a veteran discount and were knowledgeable about the continental rebate. We made an installation appointment, they were ready for us and it took only 30 minutes. Great experience.

Excellent service! I had my RV serviced at Acworth Discount Tire and was very much pleased with their service and care of my vehicle. Because I had several special requirements for my RV tires the technician worked to make sure that everything was done properly. I was in and out on time and NO hidden up sales. I received my military discount on the purchase of the tires. I would definitely go back to them when I need tires again. Also had the best prices that I could find!

I visited this location a few weeks ago, as I believe I may have had a nail in my tire. I walked in and was greeted by Archer. I explained my situation and he came outside with me to take a look at my vehicle. He was able to find the nail, and do a small test to see if the nail punctured a hole in my tire. Luckily for me, it didnt. Archer took the time to explain how I could check if I ever found a hole in my tire. Archer was super friendly, and I hope that if I ever have to get a service done at Discount Tire, that Archer is my tech.

This is my tire store for years now. The service is always prompt and friendly. This is a clue that it is a good place to work. Everyone is happy. Had another sharp object letting air out and they fixed it no charge because we are regular customers. I find their services invaluable and highly recommend they become your tire store.

Check your receipt! Young lad helping me today pulled a fast one on me and added on tire insurance to my bill without asking me. The Manager, Gus, Did a great job to make things right. What a pain in the butt to drive back down there with my family in tow to clean up this mess. The tire insurance might be a good option but I wouldnt know... they just slammed it on my bill without explaining what I was purchasing. Lazy and Shady experience today.

Technicians are quick and great. However, front Counter will blatantly lie to you. I purchased Michelins and was told I could claim the spring rebate $120 by mail-in. I triple asked. When I submitted my claim, Michelin corporate does not honor Discount Tire rebates. Discount Tires runs their own independent promotions. Visited in the Spring.

Had a flat on a Saturday at lunch time. Discount Tire was able to quickly make us an appt, find a comparable tire, and get us in and out! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not sure who this William guy is, if he’s new or what, but he should not be customer facing. He clearly could care less. I had an appointment at 9, get told to wait, 30 min passes and nothing. I inform the guy I’m leaving I don’t have time to wait 30 min passed my appointment. I immediately received a call from William with a condescending tone and lack of concern about my leaving in the first place and he proceeds to tell me it takes 20 min to do the job and they planned to get me out by 10. We’ll if it takes 20 min and out by 10, that would mean my appointment should be at 940, not 9. Why would you intentionally make your customers wait almost a full hour and then pull them back? Not cool.

Found a screw in my tire. William and Ethan were able to get me in and out quickly! The team patched the tire and didn’t charge me anything for their service. My family has been coming to their shop for many years, and they always do a great job. If you’re having tire problems, definitely go see Discount Tire. Thank you again😊

I recently purchased a set of tires for my truck and within 25 miles I could tell I wasn’t happy with them. I took them up on their promise of “if you don’t love your tires, bring them back to us.” I fully expected a big hassle and having to jump through all kinds of hoops. There was none of that. They swapped out the tires for a different set and handled everything promptly, along with great service and good communication. I have purchased tires from this location before and every experience has been enjoyable. These guys work hard and take care of their customers.

I dealt with two different gentleman they were both very polite very knowledgeable gave me all the information I needed to know and I was quoted an hour for a tire replacement repair under warranty and it only took 35 minutes very thrilled with that and like I said everybody was extremely professional courteous and great to deal with and I would recommend you guys to anybody for their tire needs thank you

I brought my car in with a flat tire. They helped me within a few minutes and took my car to the back. I asked the clerk how much I would owe, and he said just tell a friend. I know tire repairs are cheap, but I would only expect to see service like this from a friendly, down home, run-down mom & pop service center, not from a chain like Discount Tire. I learn something new every day, and today I learned that this is where you take your car to have your tire needs met.

Every time I have been here, everyone is friendly and helpful! I was in today for a patch on my tire and they did it free of charge. They are never pushy. Every time estimate has always been on point or they have even had my car ready early. I will never go anywhere else for my tires!

I just love Discount Tire mainly because their service but of course for their prices. They have been my go to place for over 10 years now and they never disappoint! Last week I was in there for my sons car and Gustavo was helping me and he did such a great job handling the situation with my sons car and gave a great price, even my son was really happy (since he was paying for it :-)). OK had to give this company a good review. I am a retired 25 years in the business master auto tech so i know the business. This company trains their people really well! This was the first tire purchase with another company since i retired from auto tech work and i am very pleased with the service. I cant say enough good things about the folks at this store but they all were great! Highly recommend this company! I was referred by my dad to go there he also was very impressed.

Best experience ever! Went on a busy Saturday, talked over pricing and was able to find a new set of tires within my budget, scheduled appointment with Ethan for the following week. Got there at 8am and Michael M helped me with 815am appointment and my car was done before 815 and by using my Discount Tire credit card was eligible for $40 rebate. Great and fast service! Gus and the guys at this location are great, they were very busy this morning, I had called ahead yesterday before closing, due to a incident rupturing the side wall of 1 of my tires. I had hoped to be in at 8 when they opened but the tow service delayed my arrival. I checked in with Archer and was in and oit in a reasonable amount of time considering delays on my side as well as ultimately replacing all 4 tires

Recently purchased tires here for my truck and when they were mounting them my wheels became damaged. I was in no way upset considering accidents do happen. When I brought this information to Gus at this location he was so apologetic and took care of it by fixing them and they look better than ever. Never had that amount of respect from a company as a consumer. The rest of the staff we also extremely professional and the Acworth branch will receive all of my business in the future when it comes to wheels tires. I 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area who is looking for a great team, great product, and truly outstanding customer service! Exceptional work!

I came in on a doughnut, with my flat in the trunk, and although they were unable to repair the original - due to the amount of damage - Noah found me a tire well within my price range, and set the team to work. Despite being very busy, with plenty of customers and a national holiday, they had my repair finished in 35 minutes! I was blown away with the price, quality, and customer service. I will certainly be a repeat customer here.

Discount Tire Acworth is the best place to go. Once you get tires from them you get free tire inspection, check tire pressure, remove nails, rotate and balance all for free. Great team there. Thank you for all you do.

Always thorough but unfortunately when I was last by to have a tire checked, I pulled up to where they had marked to wait and someone would be out to help you and after waiting 15 minutes and nobody showing up I had to leave. Was running a tight schedule. Ill hopefully get to one closer to home before the tire goes flat.

Had an 8AM appointment to swap out some worn tires. I was in and out by 8:30AM. Great and quick service.

Staff are car enthusiasts, recommended me the tire that I came in specifically for.

I called Discount after i had popped a tire on 41 not far from the store. William answered the phone and did a great job calming me down as i was a little panicked being stuck by myself on a major road. After a brief hold Gus had picked up the phone and asked for my location. I explained where i was and not even 10 minutes later William had pulled up and helped me with my spare and got me safely to the Store! Gus worked quickly to get me taken care of. After their initial inspection they had discovered my tires were not safe and the tread was very low. Needless to say, I left with 4 new tires and a very big smile! Nothing but a great team working there!

Wonderful service! Cant recommend them enough. I discovered a nail in my tire just before a long road trip. They not only squeezed me in, but they repaired it FREE of charge ! Plugged and patched!! When my jaw dropped at the kindness I was told they also check tire pressure, fill with air and will balance tires for free! I will definitely be back to buy any tires I ever need from them. ♡♡

Everyone was great. They had me in at my appointment time and out in a timely manner. I was there for a rotation and balance.I watched and listened as they were dealing with the phones and other customers. It was very busy, but they made sure everyone got the information and attention they needed.

Staff were super friendly on phone and in person even in the hot, humid summer. Job took about as long as estimated, and check in/out was a breeze. Covid considerations were about as good as one could manage for this type of establishment. Only downside was that despite an appointment, it was a good twenty minutes until car was brought in to be worked on. Everything else was good enough to leave at 5 stars. Will adjust if a tire goes rolling off, but not counting on it. Thanks!

I have been using Discount Tire for 3 years now and this location in particular, always does an amazing job. Gus is always friendly, professional and efficient. I dealt with Noah and Joshua for the first time yesterday, and they are exemplary representatives of this company. If you havent tried them out, give them a shot. Good company and great people!

I called and was able to make an appointment for an hour and a half later and select my tires all over the phone. Check in was quick and easy and everyone I interacted with while there was helpful and friendly. Also, the prices I paid here were better than the last tire place I went to. Never disappointed at the ETA for work to be done. When I arrived it was pretty busy and they were slightly shorthanded. Estimated it to take an hour plus to finish my car but it was done in 30 minutes.

Tires to me is like wheels to a caveman: Essential. The ones on my 2019 BMW X-5 are a top priority to get performance & safety. After visiting Discount Tires at Acworth & checking on reviews, I asked for rotation & balancing. Their job exceeded what I have seen before, including at dealerships. My parents bought my 1st car, when I was 16, and on 11th grade. A lot of suns & moons have passed (& cars owned). Next month, Ill be 72. My honest opinion as a demanding customer, is that the crews at the counter & shop know their tasks, are motivated, and work as a Super-Team. Kudos for a job well done!

Will was super helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process, and I was given a perfect quote on what time my car would be ready! (Less than an hour).

I am a broke college kid who’s always on edge about money. I don’t take care of my tires like I should. I have been here twice now and both times I have explained I want to spend as little as possible while still being safe to drive. Noah is absolutely fantastic. He is so nice and helpful each time. I wasn’t aware of how bad my tires were till he helped me out. He is the BEST!! The only place I get my tires from now because of him.

I needed to get my tires filled with air. While I was waiting it started pouring rain and someone came out to help me. I felt bad and told him he could wait it out but he went ahead and did it for me anyway and got soaked. I’m not sure what his name is but thank you so much. Great service!

Really good selection and pricing, the quality of my tires was a great value along with exceptional service and warranty. I got there early and was told it would be an hour but was completed much earlier. I will be back and highly recommend this location.

After working out pricing on specific tire, they put different size tires on my car without discussion. Then they agree to put on correct size but have to order. Then I arrive for my appointment three days later, tires are not there. I leave and come back in afternoon, despite mentioning several times to put weights in inside of rim, they put weights on outside. They need to get their act together. Total time spent to get tires: 3-1/2 hours and I’m still here waiting for them to fix weights.

I was hesitant to bring my car in to get a patch on my tire. And when it couldnt be saved, I was admittedly skeptical, but my sales associate Austin REALLY went the extra mile for me and helped me out. Got a new tire on without maxing me out - 2019 was ROUGH - and I was able to get on the road safely. This is why Discount gets repeat business from me. Ive only ever bought tires from Discount. Good to know I should continue!
