As a new vehicle owner, I was a bit nervous about how car insurance works. My close buddy recommended me his agents with State Farm. It was easy asking them questions about the process. Ivan walked me through everything from the moment I purchased my vehicle. Roxanna, whos also a member of the Dudek team, has made sure all my requirements are meet to best ensure my rate is the best priced. You pay what you get for, and their state farm team goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. Ive referred them to my mother, who speaks mainly Spanish, and sure enough, they speak Spanish too. It was good to know that the same care they give me, they can give my family.

We recently had Thomas Dudek review our existing insurance policies , auto, home owners and life. They saved us money on all three policies with increased coverage. Having everything under one agency makes things easier to track. The State Farm website is easy to deal with. We have had to follow up on a couple of items (no claims yet) and it has been great to be able to call them directly and speak to someone who can resolve our issues instead of talking to computers and working through multiple phone menu selections.

I received a few quotes for life insurance and homeworkers. Brooke helped me and she really put things into a different perspective that I had never considered before having the discussion with her. I was very impressed with the knowledge she has and the great service she provided. It was extremely helpful in understanding what coverage I need and why.

I came to State Farm for a life insurance policy. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I got all the answers to my questions. I worked with Amina and she promptly answered my calls in a very knowledgeable and friendly manner. I have family members who have been with State Farm for over 40 years. Not the cheapest but a quality product. With insurance you get what you pay for. I wanted to be able to depend on this years down the road.

After paying $200+ per month in auto insurance premium for years, I decided to shop some quotes to see if I could lower my monthly rate. Totally disappointed with the services, today I decided to change to other agent in order to check if the State Farm services change. My original contact left the offices and they did not have the courtesy to let me know that and assigned a new one, I noticed about that when I called them in order to check why my monthly payment was increased without a notice. Since September 2018, my monthly payment has changed every month, it’s very time consuming and frustrating to check each month my bill in order to understand why this has been changed; the situation arrived to the point where my contact persona do not respond my calls. By the way, in almost two years with State Farms, I have never had direct contact with my supposed agent Thomas Duked, he never figure in the picture. I can continue with a big list of all my issues but I think you already have the idea.

Recent life insurance quote

Kindergarten is a better description of the customer service.At the renewal price went up by 20% and without any notification Thomas Dudek office charged my account for the renewal. After a week of calls, they confirmed the cancelation for renewal. Week later, I get cancellation form in mail to sign and return. Agent Sam has poor communication, as soon as I told him I will not be renewing my policy he just dropped a ball on me. Three weeks and no refund. Sam refuses to share billing departments contact info. Refuses to allow me to speak with Thomas, his boss. State farm is a great company, but this agency is a disgrace to State farms reputation. I will be calling the main State Farm office to get my refund and file a complaint.

State Farm should have never given this company a license to Operate under their name, because of dishonesty, fraud, and misleading pricing.I was giving services that I never sign up for.Nightmare does not end here... (REPOST)I have no car insurance and have been riding around for two months unaware. I also have Rental Insurance, and life insurance that I didn’t requested.They are Thieves and Liars Thomas Dudek (REPOST) Sam Murdock needs their license revoke, and Thomas Dudek State Farm Insurance needs to be CLOSED DOWN. Amber Green, and the staff always promises to have someone to call me back and doesn’t.This company is such a fraud, they intentionally sent my policy to the wrong addresses. Amber Green just lies and covers for the Liars and Thieves.I question Amber on why I kept getting different policies once they got my address right, and her reply was because when a policy is mailed to the wrong address they have to cancel, and reissue another policy.I have been calling and requesting a refund, but to no avail. I spoke with Justin, and he at least got me the status of refund for the Rental Insurance. The check was mailed, but to the wrong address.I’m over this company…….. The only reason I gave this company 1 Star was because , I had to post this.

Thomas Dudek always responds to negative reviews (like this one). Maybe that’s why he didn’t have time to return any of my calls when his inept claims adjuster was denying my home owner’s claim. Like a bad neighbor, Thomas Dudek is not there.
