Mr. trashman doing great job Its nunber one .

Ive been a customer for about 6 years with no issues but that ended today after I spoke with the owner about why my recycling was not picked up. Im not upset about the answer he gave me ...what was appalling was his demeanor and the attitude in how he spoke with me. Newsflash to him: you are in the customer service business act accordingly. There are plenty of other options out there. In fact, I just called Republic and am getting a better rate than I was with Mr. Trashman.

We used Republic Services before, but I just couldnt stand their rate hike which happened every quarter. So I looked around, and found Mr. Trashman, which is a local business located in Acton. We prepaid for a years service at great rate plus a 5% discount. Its been several months, so far so good.

Worst service ever!

Great communication related to schedule change and queries. I would like to thank Mr Alonzo who comes to our Area (Alcott st,Acton) who has got good smile and greets me whenever he sees me. I am glad that I found Mr. Trashman first and I will recommend to my friends too.

I’m sure it’s seems strange to give my garbage disposal company five stars, but it is a great company. They provide thorough information about schedule changes and thoughtful responses when I have had questions.They are very reliable, and their prices are competitive. I highly recommend.

We have had no complaints with their service but had to mention the extra step they took to help us out. We had a large party and as a result had more trash and recycling than normal. We called to see if we could get an extra pick-up: they graciously agreed to make an exception for our regular pickup and let us add one of our own barrels. It was very generous of them to understand our situation and make a one-time exception. Thank you Trashman.

No complaints. Good prices amd good service. Very good communication especially with holiday delivery delays.

Terrible customer service. Was a customer for couple years from time to time MrTrashaman will not pick trash for reasons. They charged quarterly fee to my moms account after we cancelled the account. No apologies offered - distraught response from Patrick - possibly retaliative reaction that we left his service.
