BEST pedicure Ive had in a very long time. My toes and feet feel so soft, and I was amazed how many scrubs, massages and lotions I received for the basic spa pedicure. Anna made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely ask for her again.

Really fantastic experience! It was my first time getting my nails done since COVID and they did a great job with cleaning and safety protocols. The pedicure itself was lovely and relaxing. This was 💯 the self care I needed after the last year. I will go back again for sure.

I went to get a manicure pedicure with my sister for her wedding and not only was the staff wonderful and accommodating but they had beautiful flowers and balloons to make my sis feel special! The spa is clean and they do an excellent job, I will definitely bring going back.

Disappointed, felt rushed even though it wasn’t busy. Staff was friendly, but they wanted to charge full price for a 45 minute pedicure that was literally 32 minutes and it was a gentleman’s pedi without nail polish! Make sure you get what you pay for!

This is by far the best nail salon around. Im a hair stylist so Im very picky. They make my nails smooth and the color lasts so long. Its a beautiful salon. Very clean and modern. All the polishes are new. Everything is done amazing! They have water and coffee. And they are very nice. They are not talking to each other, normally salons I go into you dont know if they are talking about you or not. I have great conversations with the people that work there. They are very friendly. I give this place 5 starts. Its the only nail salon I would go to. The prices are good! I definitely recommend this place!

I had a terrible experience when going there. The staff was very rude to me and have been to my entire family when they have gone there. I went to accompany my sister because she was getting her nails and eyebrows done. I was interrogated when Kim along with another staff suggested that I’d get a facial because of how the condition of my skin was (I have had moderate acne in the past and have some scars and blemishes currently). I politely declined but they continued to ask me questions like “what skin disease do you have”, “what are you using for you face?”, “what were you using before?”, “you don’t want your skin to be smooth like your sister’s?”. I did not appreciate being interrogated about my skin. It seems like all they are interested about is the money and not how their customers feel.

Very nice work except the staff always tries to push more services on you. For example, I got my eyebrows waxed and the entire time I was getting them waxed the tech kept asking what my scars on my face are from (acne), and what I have been doing for them and that I should get a facial because that will help. unprofessional. Making its clients feel insecure. Way to go

Usually I would give 5 stars because I never go anywhere else. I love this salon and always have a great experience but last night I unfortunately didn’t. I had never had this particular nail lady and while she was sweet she continually couldn’t understand what I was asking for. My nails are now so short there’s not much that could be fixed until they grow out and are lumpy, horribly shaped and look bad for a wedding I am attending this weekend down south. I will continue to come here but will not see the same nail tech.

Amazing place. The staff is so friendly and the place is absolutely beautiful. I loved it. And they do amazing nail art also which is always a plus for me. I recommend trying it out. I cant wait to go back and take my mom and daughter.

Decent prices and friendly staff. Better to have a reservation. Only downside is that staff is often 5-10 minutes late with appointments for nails.

This is by far, the best nail spa I have been to! The owner is fabulous and runs a great business. The spa offers a variety of services and its decorated to fit the ambience of an actual day spa. I always get pedicures. They can always take me if I walk in, they make me feel like I matter and do an exceptional job with each service Ive ever had. So happy to say, I vouch for exotic nails for a complete happy experience! Finally the perfect place does exist.Dany and Lisa are my favs and are both amazing.You must visit.

Best nail salon I’ve been to across the U.S.! The photos don’t seem to be of the right place, but nonetheless the atmosphere is very professional and very relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The deluxe pedicure was absolutely delightful and my SNS natural manicure looks amazing. They even have massage chairs for the younger ones so my elementary school age cousin was very pleased, especially because of the beautiful nail art they did for her! It’s my top choice and would highly recommend!

The atmosphere is very relaxing and they include a neck massage with the mani. I definitely will be going back!

Amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, Especially Kasey! The salon is so clean and they have such a wide variety of color options to choose from. I come to get the SNS powder and it always lasts at least 5 weeks, and never chips!

Walk in, cant sit on the couch, the employees are all there. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and it is probably one of the worst I had. I left with a bunch of dead skin, and the nails really badly shaped, if at all. I want to go back and have them fix it, but dont want to hassle around with it. It was disappointing.. I was getting ready for a performance.

I made an appointment and arrived early. I waited 25 min ,past my appointment time, to get my nails done. I use to love this place but the last few months it has gone way down hill. I am just not impressed.

Nice atmosphere, good service salon and the epitome of getting what one pays for. So while my little one was at the Shaggy Dog, the best place around, being groomed, mama treated herself! Trust its in the details so I deluxed my pedi and stayed with a regular mani & omg. The shop maintained a steady flow of customers without it ever feeling or seeming crowded or you feeling hurried along. No herding or shuffling customers to get things done either. As a walk in customer I was truly impressed while enjoying the atmosphere and professionalism. When people know and care about their business it clearly shows. Id return with no hesitation at aill.

Lynn is horrible. Very sweet but she messed my nails up... They are too short, lumpy and are not shaped correctly or even shaped to my nail bed. 1st time there and will not return as a customer. I was so mad I left after 5 minutes of letting my nails dry. I walked in with my natural nails a longer than thaybarw with a full set. That’s horrible. Now I have to wait to grow my nails out to go to another salon to redo them and my birthday is 2 days away.

I went here with my mom and for the most part it was very nice, except that there was this woman there who started yelling at us and cursing to stop talking so she could relax. It was very rude and made the whole salon feel very awkward. None of the staff said anything. Also the host/front desk person was a little inattentive. She was a little confusing to talk to and made me feel a little silly. Ill still go back because its close by but its not my favorite and Im a little afraid of getting yelled at by a stranger again.

Very nice first visit recently for a pedi special ($35 for hot stone pedi)! Friendly staff; relaxing atmosphere and service. Will visit again!

Went there for a full manicure and pedicure. I got it done by the owner throughout my whole service she kept getting up and helping other clients. By the end of it my nails came out so bad I had to come back the next day to get them fixed. This is not how you treat a client at all plus my nails on my feet are all smuged now thanks to them putting on my socks saying it was dry. I will never come back to this establishment.
