We just a large patio project with Shawn and team. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The team listened to our feedback, put together detailed plans and then executed on them. And now we have a beautiful addition to our outdoor space! I will be looking for other projects to loop Shawn into in the future.

We used Concord Tree and Landscape to design and build a custom fire pit. Overall, they did a great job with the design and build of it as it really is striking and met our vision perfectly. Having said all that, it was a bit frustrating when it came to communication with them. It took a handful of calls just to get on the schedule and my emails and text messages werent responded to during the project. It was nice that Shawn reached out after the project was completed, but I would have appreciated more responsiveness throughout the project and just more clarity about getting the project scheduled.

Concord Tree and Landscaping, led by Shawn McCarthy, is a well run and highly professional organization. Shawn was on time with all commitments and was quick to respond with any requests we had in the quotation process. We received multiple estimates for the work and they were the most competitively priced. The proposal was very well detailed and only had one surprise: a reduced cost for projects of our expense! I am glad to have made a contact with Shawn and hope to be able to work with them on other projects for our property in the near future.

We called a few different landscapers to help us find/create a spot for our swing set. Shawn was prompt, accessible, reasonable and professional. When he came to give us the quote, he had a few suggestions for us and then told us how we could prep the yard a bit before he came on to help keep the costs down for us! No one else did that!! We had a bit of a scheduling balance to do in order to accommodate our yard prep, Shawns landscaping and then swing set install. Concord Tree and Landscaping was super flexible in getting all that done within our timeline! Our kids set up lawn chairs to watch the show, and the crew was professional and personable. And the work was done exactly as described and it looks fantastic!After the work was done we had some follow up questions the next day. The project includes a fire pit stone patio area, pergola, flower garden and sod. I hired Concord Tree and Landscape to design, build and maintain our outdoor sanctuary after we just put in an in ground pool. I had shared with the designer my big ideas for an outdoor kitchen and fireplace in our yard which has limited yard space. The estimate and design proposal was in line with what we wanted to accomplish. The staff was friendly, considerate and always on time. We used Concord Tree and Landscape for a complete landscape Re-Design and Planting of 63 Trees/Plants.This was by far the biggest housing project I have ever done and had an overall great experience.The project consisted of a new landscape design, Hydro-seed lawn(front and Back), Irrigation system, front walkway, 2 sets of front steps, Back yard Patio, Fire-pit, Side Patio, and planting of 63 Trees /Plants.Shawn was great to work with and was responsive and gave detailed quotes for the project.Mike was the project manager and was excellent to work with. He was very patient with us as we had to pick out all of the tress and bushes and did an amazing job with the design, placement, and plantings. He had great suggestions too on the evergreens and flowering trees! We are happy to report that all but 1 plant made it but we will replace it this spring. We are big fans of Mike.Alvaro is a technician with the bobcat and it is impressive to watch!Becky who runs the back office is fantastic. She is extremely responsive and detailed. If there are any questions regarding service scheduling or billing she is on top of it.My favorite part of Concord Tree and Landscape is that they will be maintaining the property as well. This is my first year with Shawn and Concord Tree and Landscape. I was looking for a landscaper to cut my lawn, trim the hedges, and spring and fall cleanup. I wanted someone who would take care of our yard as if it was their own. From the initial consultation with Shawn to the actual work being done, I have been impressed. Shawn took careful notes when we first met, and his crew has been excellent since then. I am especially impressed with his team that cuts the lawn and does the trimming. They work hard and take care of their work. They do not do the job as quickly as possible, but as carefully as possible. They also take time to chat, which makes the whole experience more personal.

I recently moved to Concord and have a large property to maintain (5+ acres)Over the past two years, Shawn and his team have maintained my property beyond my expectations!We have done a lot of work to get the grounds to where they are now, from expanding my irrigation system, construction of fire pits and patio work, to completely transforming two neglected fields into a beautiful lush lawn. Literally ripping up fields and new lawn install from scratch - a ton of work.Nothing beats pulling into my driveway and seeing my lawn looking like a golf course. What an insanely professional company. We moved into a new house in Carlisle with a yard in need of serious attention. It had about a year and a half worth of overgrown plants and weeds. Concord Tree & Landscapes owner (Shawn) came to visit and walked the property with us in the name of formulating an estimate. We didnt feel rushed or pressured at all. He was super knowledgable and managed to make us feel like we were his only priority. He was prompt with a quote, swiftly emailed a well documented contract, and introduced us to his scheduling department who bent over backwards to get our service completed before a party we were having that week! When Robin (Designer) came, we were thoroughly impressed by her knowledge and kind demeanor. She came with a super team of workers who performed back-breaking work in record time. Our property now looks absolutely amazing and were eager to continue working with Shawn, Robin, and the team on maintaining it and adding to its design. We have all the confidence in the world theyll continue to make our yard the most beautiful in town. Truly A+ service.

I worked with Shawn, his amazing designer Dan, and the hardworking talented teams they lead. They transformed my wild urban meadow into a beautifully landscaped backyard with a great patio. I was nervous and inexperienced, and they hung in there with me. When we realized there was one part of the project not quite finished, the crew returned and completed the work with the care and thoroughness they showed throughout the job.

I was looking for a new landscaping contractor for my house in Wayland when I stumbled upon this company. The reviews seemed good and people seemed to generally have nice things to say about the company. I reached out to them via their web portal about getting a quotation. It took them over a week to even acknowledge it my email. It took almost another week to get them to come out and look at the place. I met a gentleman named Keith who walked through the entire project with me with a promise to send me the final numbers over the weekend. When Monday came by and I didn’t hear from them I called again to ask for my quotation and I didn’t hear back from them until Tuesday.Keith sends me an email saying that the owner (Shawn) prefers to work with clients with more income/larger homes.Here are his exact words from his email“In recent discussions with the owner of the company, he feels that our focus needs to be on a much higher end residential home and property.”I sent him a thank you note and have since found a better company to handle our landscaping needs.If Concord Landscaping truly feels that they cannot cater to the needs of low/middle income households they should state it clearly on their website.So if you happen not to be a millionaire please look for a more suitable company as Concord will not be a suitable place for you

Exquisite attention to details and a true professional. I must have gone through about three or four high end landscaping companies and finally have settled on Concord landscape and tree. My first posting, after the job was done was:Great job, and at a great price. I worked mainly with Keith, and he was responsive, flexible, and worked tirelessly to do the job to our satisfaction. Thanks!HOWEVER, after the winter, there were several small issues that needed to be fixed. Keith originally helped me out, but then he left the company (rather suddenly), and things ground to a halt. After many phone calls, many complaining emails all of the issues were fixed, but it took a YEAR for them to finish a very small job. I will never use Concord Tree again.

It took us a while to find Shawn and his team, but I’m glad we did. Finding landscapers who do great work and are also dependable, reliable, professional, and responsive is harder to do than you’d think. This group checks those boxes and does it at reasonable prices. They take great care of our yard, including bigger projects like completely regrading and redoing our backyard, but it’s the smaller stuff that makes the difference: things like the mulch bed cleanups and cleaning the driveway, and not forgetting to close the gates so our dog doesn’t get out. I highly recommend this team.

They did landscape design project for us their design team was excellent along with the team that installed project as well, called in less than 24 hours I was able to make the estimate appointment and the owner was able to make it happen with my busy schedule. I highly recommend them.

Concord Tree and Landscape is an amazing company to work with! They are my go to team for anything outdoors and always go above and beyond.

So frustrating that promises to come this year were not kept. After committing in April to get the work done by Memorial Day, they did nor arrive and ceased communication. So unprofessional to commit to a returning customer and then not show up or respond to texts.
