1on 1 is my favorite spa! Melissa has magical hands, I make a point to see her every other month (I think once we get back to normal its going to be once a month to make up for lost time!). Whether its 30 minutes or 90 she knows how to work through the tough areas and make one feel blissful. Facials from Jillian are also amazing, shes very knowledgeable and gentle. The receptionist is super sweet, too. Cant wait to get back to the spa!

I came to the spa and had a cbd deep tissue massage with Melissa. She did amazing work. As a hairstylist I have so many tight muscles and she worked out all my knots. I also had a detox facial with Cali and my skin felt absolutely amazing. I cant wait to go back!

Came here and got the best facial from Cali. The entire process was super relaxing and the heated bed, arm and hand massage was a plus. I left with glowing refreshed skin and feeling youthful. Definitely recommend Cali! The entire ambiance was so relaxing will definitely be back.

I just have to state again, how wonderful this business and the people are. Im dealing with a skin issue on my back- I wasnt sure about a back facial helping me. I had left a message. I received a call back the next day and we ended up connecting and discussing. I received professional honest insight, that infact the back treatment may aggrevate it. Other tips were provided to help reduce the discomfort I am dealing with. It would have been just as easy to say, sure lets make an appointment, we will review protocol and take my money, but 1 on 1 has integrity, first and foremost!!! Looking forward to having full spa experience when time permits!!!

Ive been coming here since Feb. of 2018. Initially for lash extensions and now I receive facials regularly and massages. The staff are well skilled and knowledgeable. The spa is such a beautiful space with a warm, inviting vibe in each room. I enjoy arriving early and taking advantage of decompressing in the relation area prior to my treatment. I leave here feeling relaxed & renewed. A true gem!

Cali is the best!!! Does amazing work, my skin has never felt or looked so good. I’m so happy to have her as my esthetician! I went to 1 on 1 Spa today as a giant ball of tension. Melissa was wonderful and immediately found all the knots and tension in my body. She was knowledgeable and used a combination of stretches and massage to loosen everything up. I left feeling amazing!!! Also, she is cool and funny and I want to be her friend 😂

I have gone a few times recently and had Melissa give me a 1 1/2 hour deep tissue massage and a 1 hour deep tissue massage. OMG I am telling everyone about her. I have even given a few people Christmas gifts to Melissa. I have had deep tissue massages in the past but usually by not very strong people. Melissa is very different. I highly recommend her. I am going again in a week ..

My first time here, and I could not say enough about how welcoming and relaxing this place is! Melissa was amazing during my 60 min massage, and she was able to get most of the tension out of my muscles throughout my body. Melissa let me step in the infrared sauna for 30 mins after my massage, and that helped relax me even more...Love this place

I had a facial and it was AMAZING!! Jillian was not only really friendly, but very knowledgeable! From the moment you walk into the fabulous old house, you are greeted with warmth and tranquility. The old home has been renovated in such a beautiful way; lending itself to the peace and tranquility of my experience! I would go every week if I was able! ( I live in CT). I would recommend 1 on 1 Self indulgence to anyone!

Jillian was lovely and gave a superb facial.The previous location in Concord was also gorgeous, but the new Acton spa in a 1700s era house has a unique colonial zen that is both inviting and calming. I know of no other spa possessing this charming combination. I will definitely return!

This is my favorite spa in the Metro West area! The location in West Concord is great and once you step inside the spa, you are transported to a beautiful, serene, and just lovely zen getaway. The service is polite, professional, and wonderful! Their hydro facial is the best Ive ever had and I swear I do not need to wear makeup for 2-weeks after my facial. If you love facials, you must go to 1 on 1! A gem of a spa!

Tucked back in an industrial building behind the main street of West Concord is this great gem of a spa. When you walk in, you forget the austere exterior and begin to immediately relax. Ive been several times for different treatments ranging from massages to eyebrow waxing, and every time I leave feeling refreshed. The spa has a wonderful relaxation room where you can wait for your treatment and unwind, and the staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming!

If you are looking for a great day spa in the Concord/Acton area, this is the place to go. The people are very friendly and competent, the atmosphere very relaxing. It is well worth the time and the money. Go!

I went to 1 & 1 Spa for the most wonderful, soothing facial just before this whole Corona-virus ban started. Jillian has such an amazing touch! She knows I love the different scents she applies during my facial. Afterwards, I had a mani/pedi and knowing this threat was coming and it might be awhile until my next visit, she made sure to trim nails extra short. We chose an uplifting dual-color for my toes. One richly colored under-coat, with a fun shimmery alternate color on top. Amazing!1 on 1 Spa means exactly that! Every time Ive visited over the years, I basically have the mani/pedi room to myself with Jillian. Not like so many other spas where youre one of 15 to 30 chairs all in a row. I cant say enough about this spa, and cant wait to head back there once this ban is lifted. I hope, hope, hope all of you will reach out to them for service accordingly, so well keep this gem of a spa open in Acton, MA for decades to come! ~ Martha
