I have been going for years. But the new pleasant Cafe is so good. Very nice selection of beers on tap and the food menu is really great and the food tastes great. Besides they have outdoor seating and I think game nights.

Great haircut at a good price AND you can book an appointment. This not the case with another nearby franchise of the same name. ;)

Typical Supercuts. Hair cut was good not great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Note with covid-19 you need to make an appointment on the day you want to come in. I found just calling them was easier than using the app. Sometime talking to real humans is better!

Appointments are required now, due to Covid. Staff are friendly and do a good job with the cut I ask for. Reasonably priced and clean!

Samantha does a great job. The shop practiced social distancing and was almost empty. Smooth scheduling.

I called ahead to book an appointment, I showed up and they were ready to go. It was professional and quick.

I went for a hair cut expecting the least and now am the happiest person. My bangs came out perfect and the length is perfect . Book an hour before if you are willing to walk in. That way you dont have to wait for longer hours.

Cant remember the name of the woman that cut my hair, but she ignored everything I asked for and did her own thing. Now I look a cartoon character that belongs in Hey Arnold! I was being nice and gave them $20. Tooooo Nice. And they were under staffed so I couldnt go back and get it fixed without waiting an hour and a half.

Great location but scheduling is way too hard. They admittedly turn off the app when volume is high .... which is exactly why you need it!

Amanda is the best colorist I have ever found. As someone who regularly is disappointed by colorists in salons it is so refreshing to find someone who gets excited to color hair. She and the rest of the staff here are so sweet and fun to be around. I love this location and regularly recommend people to come here.

Great place, especially for the kids!! Caring for endangered species and awesome (kids) water park. Worth it!!!!

If your looking for a good hair cut this is not the place. I have gone here a few times and every time I go, they have messed up my hair. They will rush through your haircut and don’t care.

I absolutely love this place! They always cut my hair the way I picture it and the quality of every haircut I have gotten there has been outstanding.

So yesterday my son got his haircut there by a female by the name of Tia .. Im used to going to an actual barber. I asked for his hair to be cut down low but not a bald look so a 2 yknow even it out ... well he came back home with a very crooked line in the back of his head completely uneven on both sides. He always gets 3 stripes on the side of his head the woman did a terrible job. I called before hand to ask if they cut ethnic hair and was told that they do. I was livid ! Today was the first day of school and I obviously couldnt get his haircut fixed I called back and was told I could bring him back in to fix it but I didnt bother because if you couldnt do something so simple the first time Im not going to allow you to mess it up more.

Typically a solid hair cut, decent price, and convenient location...gets 4 stars. Where it loses the star, is trying to find a time to get in there. Usually a 30 min call ahead was sufficient on most week days. Now it requires 3 hours to call ahead. I realize this isnt completely their fault, perhaps business really did pick up this year, but there must be something said about how they manage this uptick in business. Perhaps staff more people, or be a little bit more realistic about how long it actually takes to cut someones hair.I have tried for 3 hair cuts over the last 2 months, calling a little earlier every time...after calling at 3PM today (for ~5:30PM hair cut), I was told they were not taking any call ins as they were already booked to closing time. So I will try calling at 2PM next time...and then probably have to go somewhere else again.

May be a good place for others but is not recommended for men of color. I had to God somewhere else to fix my hair.

Poor service but usually fast

We called in the morning for an appointment to get highlights and they told us to come at two. At 2:30 I had waited long enough, so I asked about the delay. Surprisingly the answer was that they dont take appointments for color! Then why did they tell us to come at two and didnt let us know when we arrived that we would have to wait? So stupid! The worst thing was that she didnt even apologize, and she seemed happy to see us go... cheap prices and cheap customer service :( Will never be back.

Fast and clean

I hate getting hair cuts and dont usually care too much about the quality but this was the worst hair cut of my life. The woman went through it in 10 minutes and didnt check her work. She missed several places and was talking to someone else the whole time. Really bad. Id go to a different supercuts or different barber.

I can very safely say that I have never been so upset with the service at this place. I have been to this haircut place on three separate occasions. The first time I went, I asked if I could have a five on the sides and scissors on the top and the manager, Lindsay, proceeded to shave my entire head with the five. The next time I went, I asked if I could have the back and sides buzzed with a four and for them to NOT cut the top at all. The woman then told me that she did not think that was a good idea, and without telling me, decided to shave my head again. I have just returned from a haircut earlier today and I asked for her to keep the hair on the top of my head long and to give me a three on the sides. She then decided that a three wasnt short so she gave me a buzz that was shorter than a two. To top this mess of a haircut off the woman cut the hair on the top of my head despite the fact that I asked multiple times for it to not be cut. I am, and will never, return to ANY Supercuts, especially this one.
