Pinnacle HVAC is the best. My 30-year-old steam boiler recently stopped working, which left me with no heat. Mike arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, repaired my heat temporarily, and returned the next day with a part to finish the repair. He even followed up the next day by phone to check that everything was still working properly.When I asked about replacing the boiler, Jay (owner/founder) offered to work with me on the necessary paperwork for Mass Saves heat loan program, but he also assured me there was still some life left in my boiler. Pinnacle HVAC truly cares about their customers, and they have the reputation to prove it. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!

I think there is a disconnect somewhere - our technician was great, and I see the other reviews, but we had them come in Tuesday and no diagnosis has gone on to the Home Shield service that connected us to them. Two stars so far. The onsite service onsite was great; the man who came to our place to diagnose the AC problem was awesome. But thats the last weve heard from them. That was Tuesday; its now Friday and the Home Shield service we used that had Pinnacle come to help us still has not received the diagnosis from Pinnacle, so nothing is fixed.Weve called daily and nothing has happened. The technician diagnosed it onsite, told us exactly what needed to be done, and yet Pinnacle still has yet to share it with the Home Shield service. This should have been reported to the Home Shield service we use on Tuesday.... maybe Wed. I figured we were safe to figure AC being in by today at the latest.This is from no lack of phone calls to Pinnacle and the Home Shield service. Its now going to be in the 90s this coming week and we still have no AC. And the technician told us exactly what was wrong on Tuesday.

What can i say?During a mid winter cold snap my 30 year old boiler started having an you need to appreciate me attitude and one of our heating zones stopped working. Obviously we werent happy and we needed help ASAP. I called Pinnacle and they scheduled something immediately. Team member Mike came out on time and diagnosed the issue promptly and remarkably resolved it almost as quick. It took Mike no time at all to get our home heated again and bring back smiles to my family who were living with blankets draped over them. We are super happy with the service.Cant say enough about Mike himself, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He walked me through the process of the diagnosis and repairs, and helped me gain a better understanding of how the whole system works, as well as ways to self diagnosis issues without freaking out about every little thing, I now will know when I need to call for assistance and what is in the range of normal...Top notch dude right there.Thanks so much Pinnacle, looking forward to future business with you.

This is the second time in 2 years we have had Pinnacle diagnose and repair issues with 2 of our furnaces. Each time they were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Today Mike came to the house, fixed the issue promptly and explained why the system failed. He also answered a few other questions I had about our HVAC systems and gave me some helpful recommendations. After this second interaction with them I will definitely use them to maintain and service our HVAC systems. Thank you Mike!

Have been using Jay and his team for 10 years at multiple residences. Most importantly they have always done great work, but also have always been extremely professional and one of the few repair technicians that is always on time. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had an emergency recently where our 20+ year old furnace started making crazy drilling noises whenever it kicked on. I called Pinnacle HVAC, and they managed to get someone out to the house to see it the same day. When they came out, they were able to identify the issue quickly. Due to the nature of how old our furnace is, parts arent readily available and easy to find. But Pinnacle did all the work to call around and find the parts needed. They made sure the most important elements would be overnighted and gave us a number to call when they arrived. Thankfully the most essential part arrived early the next day. We called the number and, without hesitation, had the same person come back out the same day and get the part installed. We had heat that night! When the rest of the parts arrived the next day, we called the same number and had the same person come over and get the rest installed. Im thankful for Mike, his professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication.

They also use all the latest technology in the field to service and repair, which makes them more efficient and better able to identify issues when they arise. I highly recommend them.

We had a problem with our heating system last week. We got a quote of almost $1300 from another company to repair it. Mike from Pinnacle came in for a second opinion and fixed the issue in 5 minutes and it costs the price of a normal service call. I’m very happy I had someone else take a look at the system. Had a broken Honeywell WiFi thermostat. called Pinnacle (have used them multiple times) Mike came out and replaced it. He programmed the new one so it works great. Mike is a pleasure to do business with and very competent. Highly recommend Pinnacle for HVAC work!

I had an emergency. My furnace had stopped working. The house was freezing cold and numerous pipes had burst. Pinnacle HVAC came immediately, evaluated the situation and gave me a competitively priced detailed quote. Without delay their team went work. In a matter of days I had a new furnace, hot water tank and all the pipes were repaired. They were very professional and their work was very high quality. Afterwards, Jay Savoie took the time and effort to work with my insurance company to get me reimbursed. I recommend them highly.
