Went there for window tint and a chrome delete, I asked for 25% tint and they put on 20% without consulting me first and didn’t even tell me about it until I asked them about it because it was dark. The chrome delete was rushed and there were several spots where they either left it wrong or used black paint on the chrome which won’t come off very easy if I decide to change it. Scheduled a come back to have them fix it and they never called me and acted like I’ve never been there before. I’ll never be back

I brought my car here to get tint done after being recommended by friends/co-workers who had it done there with excellent results. When I picked my car up there was bubbles and dirt stuck in the tint and some real nasty gouges in my front windshield. Brought it back to have it looked over with the owner who asked me Are you sure those werent there before? to which I replied I knew for a fact they werent and he told me Well theres nothing I can do about it, if you want to buy a new windshield Ill re do the tint. Not sure why it falls on me to replace the windshield that they damaged. I work at an auto body shop and we would’ve never let the car leave in this condition, nevermind tell the customer it’s up to them to replace the windshield. But anyways, I got some of the windows re done and they said they would squeeze out the bubbles. The tint they re did still has dirt/bubbles in it and the bubbles they said would squeeze out are still there. At this point I wish I never even got it done. My windshield has gouges you can see from 20 feet away and my tint looks like it was done by an amateur. All I can say is if you go here make sure you have glass coverage and dont have high expectations.

Sure Shine was great with replacing bad tint for me today. Kenny was able to do the legal tint that is allowed by my state (FL) when most places dont even carry it. I would recommend them if you are looking for quality work at a fair price. Thanks guys

Searched for a local place to hand wash/dry the exterior of my car and vacuum the interior, and clean all windows. Interior looked good, except the coffee cup holders still were a little dirty, and windows looked good. They were previously filthy. The exterior still had a bunch of dead bug splats on the hood and around the front. There were also drip stains. I asked if they could rub out the drip stains (I just don’t think it was fully dried) and take care of the bug splats. One of the men said that he has them all over his car too (not sure how that helps me) and that next time I come in they’ll use the special cleaner to get the splats off during the wash. My question, why next time? So I asked if he could redo it now while I’m there. He was a bit hesitant and said he’ll ask Trevor. Trevor came out, took a look, came back with a bottle of cleaner and some putty stuff that he rubbed on the spots. Once he did that it looked much better. I thanked him and off I went. My advice, do it right the first time. If any special treatment needs to be done to remove stubborn stains let the customer know. Don’t do a mediocre job and expect customers to be ok with it. The hesitation to complete the job 100% will not make me a repeat customer.

Sure Shine did an amazing job detailing my leased car before I had to return it at the end of lease term. I was afraid the challenge of me being a smoker would make it impossible for the car to ever smell clean and smoke-free again. The car has never looked or smelled better! They went the extra mile by explaining how the cabin air filter can continue to hold the smoke smell, even after the shampooing and deodorizing - I wasnt upsold or pressured into having it replaced and Im so glad they educated me on the benefit of replacing the air filter. I couldnt be happier with their service, attention to detail, competitive pricing and ease of doing business - would highly recommend to anyone interested in their services.

I got my Windows on my sedan tinted here & couldnt be happier. Professional, courteous & quality work. The ONLY regret I have is I didnt do it sooner.
