I just moved from Nashville where I loved my stylist. I was nervous but did my research. I called the salon and asked for a stylist who specialized in blonde. I had my appt. with Carley and she exceeded my expectations. The color is perfect and the cut and style were beautiful. I feel so fortunate to have found Carley right off the bat. I’ve already booked my next appointment!

I had a stylist named Alexis and she was the best I have ever had! My hair is very coarse and she is able to cut it in a way that is flattering and easy to style. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and knowledgeable in her profession. I would recommend anyone to Alexis because Ive never had a negative experience and Im confident that you will be pleased with your results.

This is the nicest, cleanest salon Ive ever been to! I usually see Erika, but all of the stylists are amazing. Every client I see walk out of the salon looks stunning. Erika always understands what Im wanting, and goes above and beyond to make sure Im happy and my hair is as healthy as it can be, even after multiple rounds of bleaching. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone I know!!

I would never go back.I’m from FL/GA I travel for work, so I thought I’d try this salon out. My stylist was very nice, however I provided my hair formula and when I left my roots were still yellow, but I couldn’t tell because there lighting is dim, didn’t dry my hair all the way, she left me to leave damp paid $210 for this. I get home and look and notice my roots are still yellow I have platinum hair. I messaged her back, and she said I can come back and she would tone me again which was hard because i work 55-60 hours a week. I come today, she then over tones me leaving my hair asher then I prefer but its better then yellow! She told me she has 6 years of experience.Then she blow drys me and again stops when it’s damp and I leave get in my car and notice she DIDNT tone the underneath of my hair which sucks because I wear my hair up for work, also she left shampoo in my hair so my hair is sticky. I gave up, didn’t even go back inside to tell her. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend l.

Made an appointment with stylist through text because she makes her own appointments. Have never had an issue before.. Asked her when she could get my daughter in before school started. She offered the 12th (nearly a month out). I said sounds good, thanks. The day arrives and we arrive 15 mins early....but by the time it was 15 mins after she comes out to apologize and say she didnt have my daughter scheduled. Bridge burned. I could have gone ANYWHERE else in the past month. But instead waited for a stylist I knew and trusted. She was overall professional,, but was abit snarky when i commented we waited long enough and not willing to wait anymore. Wont be back. Good luck keeping customers like that.

What I mean is I still have split ends. I know my hair was super shaggy going in, with lots of split ends, but come on figure out how to cut the split ends off. What I asked for was a trim and to cut my split ends off. I wasted $40.00. 😒 I will NOT be going back to her!!

I go to Cynthia for my eyelashes. She does an amazing job and is very sweet and friendly! I definitely recommend her.

I read several 5 star reviews for Cynthias Eyelash Extensions and decided to give her a try myself. This was my first ever experience with extensions and they are amazing. She is excellent, very professional and extremely talented. I didnt know exactly what I wanted and she nailed it. So many compliments. I will be returning again and again!

My hair was done by Candace. I had been in hospital long time and my hair was long and dry...she cut, color styled it, plus conditioned it. I love my hair. She told me how to take care of it. Its doing great.

Cynthia does an excellent job with waxing! Reasonably priced, fast service, very clean, professional but still makes you feel at ease and great conversation to keep ya distracted from the waxing haha She does sugaring. Never had it done before, but I will never go back to a traditional wax again! I had a Brazilian and when I stood up to get dressed after, I had NO PAIN or redness!!! It was a very clean wax as well. 10/10 recommend her and will come back when I need waxed again!!

My experience at this place may not be relevant anymore as I went here for the first time sometime around September, however, I feel as though customers should be wary when they decide to color their hair. I will say though, that all of the employees there were delightful to speak with and many of them seem so ecstatic about their job! Everyone there was very energetic and welcoming, especially to someone not from the area. The customer service here is spectacular so I do give the business credit for that. Yet, when I left the establishment I was disappointed. My hair was given very faint (which I wanted) pink highlights, and they had washed out within a handle of days. I can’t remember who did my hair, but I was told the dye was semi-permanent, meaning it should have lasted at LEAST a month or so. $120 down the drain and although I did enjoy interacting with the girls there, I can’t say for sure that I’d ever go back.

I had my first experience with a Brazilian today. Cynthia was so professional and took her time explaining everything. I have always had a bad experience with ingrown hairs and swelling with waxing my eyebrows, but a girl doesn’t have many options (or so I thought). Today I had sugaring done for those of you with a history of bad waxing you have to try this. I had no swelling, redness, or bumps. She was awesome and I highly recommend her and the sugaring process.

My hairdresser did a great job on my color and cut. There was no wait. It seemed as though everyone got along. There was no palpable tension some salons have. It was very clean and decorated nicely.

This place uses the best products around. Went here and in ONE sitting the woman in the first stall, I cant remember the name, got my hair from brown, to a beautiful blonde! She was amazing!! The color never faded, and was very soft. I strongly recommend going here!

I was able to easily schedule a cut on Vendettas Facebook page and they called to confirm and also to let me know I could have an earlier time if needed. I got my hair washed, cut, and blow dried in around 40 minutes for $30 and love it!

I booked a same day appointment with Paige yesterday. I came in the salon with only a vague idea of what I wanted and she worked with me throughout the appointment as we tried different things. She was patient with me and made sure that I was happy. Besides the fact that she did a great job on my hair, she was friendly and made the entire experience pleasant. The salon is clean, everyone was friendly. I highly recommend this salon.

Very unprofessional. Went twice (a week a part) for a balayage blonde. Left both times with orange hair. Stylist offered me a refund, but Stephanie (another stylist??) was very rude and said there was a NO refunds policy and I wasnt getting my money back. Im super bummed my hair turned out horrible, and we have rude people just trying to get money from clients. Never going back there. No wonder they aren’t a BBB company.

Got all over color and Brazilian blowout. My hair hasn’t looked this great in years! I’m a wash and go tomboy but my hair drys silky smooth. Alexis is a wizard or some type of magical creature to have gotten my brillo pad hair to have no more frizz. My husband loves it too! The time saving low maintenance afterwards is totally worth it! Celebrating daily!

I was extremely disappointed with the front desk staff and the lack of customer service. The front desk receptionist walked in late that morning with breakfast in her hand and said she couldnt help us because her computer wasnt on. My step mom drove 6 hours from out of town and after a mix up with appointments the staff was completely unacomodating and down right rude to the point where we left and took our business down the street. Castle nails got us in for a wonderful mani pedi and neck and back massage in 5 minutes. We wont be returning to this salon at all and wont refer any business to them.
