I bought a $10k Spa earlier this year and paid for it up front since it was setting on their showroom floor. I live 4.9 miles away (I odometered it). No lie, it took them 4 weeks to deliver it! When they told me why (before delivery) I figured it must be a pretty involved task to transport and deliver a new spa and that was the hold up (they can apparently only deliver one a week on Saturdays). Well, from the time they called that they were heading my way until it was set in place on the slab I had poured for it, it took them about 30 minutes total time! In other words, I paid up front and STILL waited 4 weeks for 30 minutes of their time! Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the Spa does work very well, so theres that I suppose... this just seems lame to me.

We had a pool built in 2015. Dave was our salesman. He was very trustworthy and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. He’s also a very nice person to deal with. They completed our pool in exactly two months. Cleaned up after themselves and even had Sesar do some extra concrete work (he’s great too). We are very happy with our pool and have had no issues so far. We got a salt water pool which I highly recommend as it’s much easier to take care of and doesn’t cost you an arm and a leg for chemicals. We had a chlorine pool before and would never go back unless we didn’t have a choice.

We are very pleased with Southwest Pools. Dave was great designing our pool. Sesar and his crew are very professional and they take great pride in their work. Jules and staff in the showroom are very knowledgeable and helpful. Frank and the Southwest Pools & Spa team did a fabulous job. Thank you for a job well done!!

Everyone at Southwest Pools was so helpful to me the first time I went there to discuss getting a pool. I was treated like I was number one and everyone was patient with me and answered all my questions. I continue to use Southwest and they are always helpful and act like every question and concern I have about my pool is important and not just another dumb question . I am impressed by the professional yet family-like atmosphere and look forward to dealing with them. My pool is perfect and I am very satisfied. I will ALWAYS refer them to my friends, family and strangers!

Frank and his team go above and beyond on customer service. They have built more than one pool for our family and we couldn’t be more pleased. Service beyond the sale on both of our pools and we have been very impressed with their professionalism.

Great group of people to do business with. The Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Frank the owner is engaged and approachable and their construction super, Sesar, is one of the best in the industry. If anyone is asking I will always recommend Southwest Pools and Spas.

Southwest Pools build our pool 6 years ago. We have not had any problems with it. We are very satisfied. They have outstanding employees and great customer service.

Dave Lane was a great designer to work with and all the different crews were on time, very professional and did an amazing job. Every aspect was done exactly as they said it would be. Id recommend Southwest Pools to anyone.

I have never seen such a despicable behavior by a company and will never sit my foot in this business again. They closed at 3 pm last Saturday and I arrived a few minutes before that, but the doors were locked and a man walked out as I was driving up and totally ignored me. A woman at least had the dignity to tell me to come back on Monday, but I will not ever give them them business whatsoever.

4 weeks late on the completion of the HOA pool, and it still isn’t finished on time for Memorial Day. Not very smart. As one member stated so well. Now you have 200 unhappy customers.

After a horrible experience with our initial pool builder, we turned to Southwest. During the last 5 years, Southwest has replaced our single speed pool pump with an energy efficient variable speed pump, converted our pool from chlorine to salt, and changed our plaster bottom to PebbleTech. Our pool now runs 24/7/365 with no problems. In addition, the team of Jules and Kortney help keep our pool in balance! Southwest are the best!

The employees at southwest pools & spas are amazing at what they know and what theyre doing. As long as my family has a pool we will gladly go there, they have helped my parents out when we all knew nothing at all and whenever we have a problem with our pool they have done everything to try and help us figure out the problem and get it fixed.

I cant wait till I can have a pool built by these guys. A friend, whose husband is in Afghanistan, went in to their store to buy supplies for her pool. She was telling an employee there that she was having a real hard time keeping her pool working well and clean. The next thing she knew a crew from Southwest was at her home taking care of all her pool needs and they did not charge her anything! This is the kind of company I want to work with.

My wife just filed a BBB complaint against Southwest. After two service calls, my pool and its system were ruined and had to be fixed by another pool company. The end result is that I had to replace all filters in my system and am now being asked to pay a returned check that was cancelled after realizing the damage that they had done to my pool. The customer service is terrible and Paradise Pools in Abilene is the company that fixed the problems that Southwest Pools had created.

Messy , unprofessional . Get money and slack . Was warned , like others should of listened . Poorly operated . Well known in Abilene its like that . Unbelievable how you can get big as a company and start treating people like dirt . Cost you more money when they destroy everything .
