Tanner was extremely professional, on time, and responsive to us. We scheduled services for two homes, which he scheduled us for on the same day and consecutively. He was able to come out within days of scheduling. The price was unbeatable. He also informed us of regular preventative services that come at discounted price, and gave us some lovely history on the company! We will absolutely be employing Bug Blasters again!

Very poor job done by my technician bailey. Was only here for a short period of time and seemed liked he was in a rush to get done quick. I still have fleas, and he didnt seem to want to answer any of my questions about the products he used. I whould like to see his license and traning.

Bug Blasters is FANTASTIC!!! Tanner is awesome!!! We are new to the great state of TX and all it’s little critters. So when I saw my first ever scorpion chilling in my kitchen sink... I freaked out!!! Made the mistake of calling another pest control company.... (Baker Bug Bombers.) They didn’t show up ...ALL 3 times. Awful customer service.As for Bug Blasters they got me in the same week. Tanner was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The new owner of Bug Blasters, Tanner Jones, came to my house when I started having a spider problem. He was great...Very professional! Mr. Jones treated both inside and outside my home, and used a spray that was safe for my dogs. He spent a lot of time explaining the process to me, without talking down to me or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. There was no hard-sell for future treatments either, but he was quick to let me know that he’s always available when I need him to come out again. If you want great service, from a reputable business, this is it!

Very nice people. Weve had other companies come out who didnt really listen to our problems and just did whatever they wanted. These people listened to us and did something the other companies hadnt, and it fixed our problem.

Ive used Bug blastesr twice now! Once for a bed bug issue and recently a spider problem. Both times they came out quickly and got the job done!
