Had to return a package for warranty. I went inside and a woman opens a door and steps halfway out. I had two questions as she stood a distance off, never coming to the counter. I asked if I could insure this package even though it already had an RMA label affixed. She replied sharply no. I asked if she could scan it to see if the issuer had insured it. She again sharply replied we cant get that information. She never offered options or give any helpful information. The whole time I felt as if I was a bother to have even walked in. The entire time she stood halfway in the door. I hope my expensive return makes it. If the rest of the employees attitudes are as put out as hers, I may be screwed. Not my choice of shippers, but it is of the returned items company. I hope other employees have better customer service skills and an outward appearance of giving a damn.

Friendly staff and very much focused on getting things done. I tend to go here instead of the other locations around town... Easy and outbound parcels go almost directly into aircraft or long haul vehicles.

I don’t know who they have delivering their shipments but they have no idea what they are doing. I’m so beyond frustrated with them. I ordered a package for Christmas. It said it was delivered early last week. My husband was home all day & said no one showed up. I filed a claim with them & haven’t heard anything. So beyond frustrated & fed up with them! I’ll never ship with them if I can help it.

Needed to pave parking lot and service was slow and very expensive

I tried to call the office to compliment my driver because she is so kind. The phone system is overly complicated and it’s impossible to get a human on the phone. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Checked the website for a customer service email, there is not one listed anywhere. When I used to virtual assistant it said to go to the contact us page to email, still unable to find an email. The driver was great but it should not be that complicated to get through to the terminal.

Ive been shipping with them for years. Always helpful to help me secure my boxes, kind, fast and answered my questions. I would not ship anywhere else.

Can definitely thank these people for ruining a lot of Christmases. Never using FedEx again. Nor will I ever agree to shipping arrangements from anyone I do business with through them. Save money, headache and obvious heartache for so many

Delightful young lady helped me with package. (I was in the doghouse for running off 200 miles with only keys to another car... We had a good laugh) Cozy office with plenty of supplies, ample parking.

The driver signed my name to a sign for package and left it in my door step. Signed my name name!

ABsolutely the poorest assistance I’ve gotten from a mail carrier. I work 16 hrs a day and contacted FedEx by phone. FedEx stated they would hold my package for me and I took off work and drove 90 miles to get my package in Abilene. That was done twice and I still don’t have the package- refills for a pen- and I need a photo ID with that address- an address that isn’t my residence- I’m from Wyoming. I will not and do not recommend this carrier- definitely not this location. The manager didn’t even have time to see me. If lady at the counter is Christina- return at another date- hopeless.

Had to go pick up a package. Easy enough to find. Large parking lot. Disabled parking and Im sure you could get a wheelchair in the door. I use a cane and was thankful the lobby wasnt huge. The employee at the desk was very nice and super fast. She found my package in less than a minute. I was very satisfied.

Horrible experience. Apparently couldnt find my address and didnt try contacting Amazon or anything. Didnt even have the option to talk to anybody about it. Tried calling the fed ex number they give you was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up. Didnt even leave package at pick up location, just sent it back to the seller. The item I bought was on sale and now Ill have to reorder at full price because of the lack of customer service. Thanks.

This is a horrible location the employee was so rude for no reason! We went to get a package and although the website said I could pick it up after 12pm we were told it wasn’t there and when I asked when the driver would be back she went ahead and said rudely “idk I’m not a driver” I mean if you hate your job that much then find another one.

Drivers can not call to see were an address is to make a delivery. My package will be late if it does get here at all. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. NO ONE else, UPS, USPS, have any trouble delivering packages on time. UPS will CALL to ask for help in locating were the package needs to be delivered to. I will no be stopping doing any kind of ordering with a company that uses FedEx to ship.

I hate this location. Although I live near it, I typically go across town to get actual customer service.This location acts like everything is an inconvenience and does not help at all. I needed a very small amount of filler material in my box. Her response “you’re lucky I have this bubble wrap for free.” When she asked how I’d like it shipped I said “standard is fine.” She said “what is standard?” I said “I don’t know your lingo, so standard 3-5 shipping is fine.” Smart ellickly she responded “oh...To me, standard is overnight.” Like seriously!? That would be expedited.Overall, avoid this place if you want friendly customer service. The location on Danville provides everything this location does not.

Bad customer representatives, very unhelpful. My package is in the facility 2 days early, yet there is nothing they can do to help me pick it up early. A 15 minute trip to the back to grab my package is too much work, they would rather deliver it 2 and a half days later. This service is readily available with UPS.

I hate the service at this location and the employees are really rude and not helpful. You cant shipped to certain places overseas and they really stink and their services too!!!!!

Was told my package is in the truck IN ABILENE today to be delivered but will not be dropped off until tomorrow. I asked can I pick this up at a FexEx Center to receive it today? No its on a truck and will be dropped off tomorrow. So apparently they take a full day and a half to deliver a package that is current in Abilene. Awful service, go with UPS.

Needed 2 day shipping. Its now been at least 5 days since it has shipped and it has not been delivered because resident not available and apartment office is closed. My apartment office doesnt even close until 5:30 at the earliest. I will from now on ship with UPS.
