I went in looking for an engagement ring. I was immediately assisted by Victoria. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store. She made the whole experience enjoyable. I felt like I was talking to a good friend the whole time.I’ve gone to many places to look for a ring and it was a lot harder than expected. Most places wouldn’t even approach me because I’m usually in work clothes. (I’m a busy man) But here, looks did not matter. Which is a big plus to me. It’s very rare you find that kind of person nowadays.I’d never bought a ring until now, but I wouldn’t mind doing it again. Especially if I come here. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy diamonds or whatever other merchandise they sell.I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Fiancé & I went & picked out rings & the girls there did such an amazing job..i love my new ring & so does hubby. Kudos to Victoria & please forgive me for not remembering the name, but the unicorn loving chick was awesome! They went through all the little details to make sure we got the best deal possible & that we left with the rings perfect for us!

What a great place to buy jewelry ranging from different prices. No matter what youre looking for there is usually a sale going on and you can get 20 To 50% off and even more on the clearance. Whatever, you cant find in the store you can also try to find online. They will help you look as well. I especially love the cells when they have the white sapphires from $99 on sale for 19.99. I actually got the key necklace. I saw an advertisement on Facebook. They were sold out online so I called the store and ask them to hold 1 to the side for me and they did. Nestor is a great customer service representative for Zales. Always friendly and willing to help. I will always be a returning customer. Highly recommend!! They receive five stars for sales and customer service.

My husband bought me a new wedding set for our 10 year anniversary. So in January we picked out what we thought was the best set but by July the stones were already falling out. So we took it in and they sent it off to be fixed and soldered together was supposed to only take 2 weeks well 4 and a half weeks later it finally came in and was never soldered so they were going to send it back out expedited and would be back in a week. Well 2 weeks later now they are saying hopefully by the end of the week. So I may eventually get it back. So hope you never need anything repaired because you never know when you might get it back. Will never go through them again because they will never return calls like they say .

The jewelry literally falls apart in less than four months, and to be sent off for repair is $55. No thanks! Most companies will replace something if it breaks within a certain time frame. Not this place. And the employees have to offer masks because the company is a maskhole!!! I will not buy anything from them again. Ever.

I stepped in to get my ring repaired in The Abilene store. I paid for the insurance and life time diamond replacement. I have a broke diamond on my ring. When I stepped in the lady that greeted me asked if I had a mask, I did not, then asked if she could provide me with one and I declined. She then told me that she could not help me because I was not wearing a mask. I left. Texas has lifted the mandate on mask. Problem I have is I signed and paid for a service and it is being refused to me. Corporate will be called. I will now take my money to someone else. Unfortunately I have already spent around $17000 at this place.

Great customer service I love the management and the whole entire team especially Kat, Nestor, Courtney and Michael theyre very nice very friendly they make sure they work with you to get you what you need they take their time they ensure that what youre picking out is a very beautiful piece whether it be an engagement ring or a simple necklace whatever that means are you always find a beautiful piece when you walk out of Zales I would recommend Zales in Abilene to anyone if your looking for a special occasion needs go to Zales and ask for one of them

The Abilene team at Zales is completely wonderful. Nestor, Arletta and Courtney are amazing employees. I went in for a repair on my wedding ring and they were so welcoming and helpful. We just moved to the area, so to have such a wonderful experience in a new environment was so comforting. They were friendly and very personable. They took their time and worked so patiently with me and my transaction. They turned a very stressful experience, into such an enjoyable interaction. I am so thankful they were able to help with my transaction. Abilene is proving to be such a great town because of people like the ones I encountered today. Thank you so much.

My husband and I got married in September 2019 and since then my wedding band has been sent off 3 times due to the same diamond falling out. Most recently we sent it in in the beginning of March and were told it would be done by March 27th. They closed the store down without even calling their customers to update them on the delay. It’s been 2 months without my ring now. I completely understand that the Covid-19 caused a temporary closure, but a call would’ve been nice. I would absolutely recommend going any other place. Other jewelry stores have call and shipped any jewelry that needed to be fixed and picked up. Extremely annoyed with being pretty much ghosted by this jewelry store. The mall opened back up on the 1st and we still don’t have an update on my ring or when they will open back up.

I have yet to receive my ring and/or get a response as to when I could possibly get it. We dropped it off Feb 27th, the day after he purchased it to get it sized. Him and my daughter were told when he purchased the ring that it would only take 2 weeks to get it back once we sent it off. When him and I dropped it off I was told that I would get it back by March 19th. When we called to check on it they hadnt heard anything (it was around the time Covid-19 was making its grand entrance). I have sent a couple of emails and called the store multiple times to just find out a date that they might possibly open the store as the mall opened back up on May 1st and still havent gotten a response. We cant set a date to get married until I have my ring. I understand that we werent prepared for the pandemic but maybe in the future they should have a plan in place. Not like we can even get a refund and go somewhere else at this point. Very poor communication and customer service. Ive always used Samuels and my daughter uses Kays but her and my Fiance really liked the ring they saw there so decided to give them a chance.

I must give kudos to Kat! Although I was unhappy with my original ring, for the second time due to design flaws, she went out of her way to make it right. I chose a new ring, and left happy. So thanks Kat, for great customer service, and having a smile !

Customer service and the employees are rude and disrespectful. I bought a ring up there a few months ago and wanted to upgrade. One of the employees lied to me about the information on how to upgrade and then when I went back up there to get the ring I wanted the manager told me I couldnt so they are a bunch of liars and just want to screw people over. Also my sister just got a ring from there a few days ago and screwed her over with that and wouldnt even tell her over the phone about information on her ring. I will never go there again or my sister. I recommend Kays or Samuals.

My boyfriend and I went in to purchase an item I had fell in love with online. Staff was not very friendly and was not aware of products they had in store when asked about items I found and liked online that online showed was in this store. I felt as if we were being rushed to pick something as I was indecisive of which I wanted and she presented huffy puffy. After our purchase of a 2,300 ring that I needed to be sent off for resizing. The lady informed me it would be 2 weeks (purchase date Feb 22) until they received it back which would have been the 8th. She also informed us we would NOT get a call when it was ready but only an email. As the 8th approached and no email had arrived, not even an update on its process on repair and shipping, my boyfriend called the store and spoke with an associate who was VERY rude. She said it showed on our receipt when it would be ready for pick up, which it did not and she also said it wouldnt be ready until the 15th (3 weeks later instead of 2.) When he told her what we were originally told, she said well Im sorry I dont know what else to tell you. I quickly called Zales 1 800 customer service who also informed me that pick up date was the 15th and said the opposite of what we were originally told, saying we would get a call, not an email. On the 14th my boyfriend called the store to check in and was told we could pick up the ring, that it had been ready yet we were NEVER called nor sent an email. I drove 1.5 hour to pick up my ring of which was opened and handed to me directly out of a PLASTIC bag. She did not wait to ensure the ring fit or if I was satisfied before handing it to me and walking off I asked is that all you need from me? And she nodded her head and said YEP! My ring is so beautiful and I am pleased with the item overall but my experience was awful. We spent close to 2500 on one item and didnt even get a box for the ring!! I would have much rather spent my money at Helzberg as I have ALWAYS had excellent experience with them

Such rude customer service the lady wouldn’t let me hold and look at the ring I really wanted. I was going to buy one that day from her but I guess me being young she didn’t want to sell to me or that I was going to steal it from the store. The worst experience ever. The lady’s name was like yalenda I think.

If they say they gotta order something go somewhere else. Been getting a different time frame on when my engagement ring will be here every time I call. First it was maybe 3 weeks, then 6 weeks, and now 12 weeks. Thanks for screwing up my plans.
