Had my hearing tested for my first hearing aids and was amazed at the detail of the testing conducted. The results of the testing were clearly explained and demonstrated. The demo hearing aids I had been trying out were then programed and the hearing aids adjusted to eliminate some of the irritating frequencies such as crumpling paper and metallic clinking form car keys. Also adjustments were made to make my voice sound like my own actual melodious self. Bryant has allowed me to try the demo aids for a few more days to make sure I can adapt to wearing them and that I am happy with my choice.My appointment yesterday was great. Kristy from Bryant Better Hearing had my Oticon OPN1 hearing aids programed based on the hearing tests that I had a week ago as explained above. With just a few adjustment she had them set up perfectly. She took her time to explain how to care for the hearing aids and how to use the various aps. I wore them for about 6 hours until bed time. Today I have worn them for about 8 hours and they are working great. It is amazing the sounds I have been missing. Thanks so much.
