Had rear end redone here and when I got the car back, it wouldn’t take more than $1 in gas, had a different mechanic look at it and told me that when putting the rear end back together they cenked a line hose to my gas tank. When calling them about it the dude on the phone not even 5 mins into the phone call starting cussing at me saying my mechanic didn’t know what he was talking about, etc.They’re so unprofessional, mind you I didn’t start having this problem till I got the car back from them. Also had a built aluminum radiator on the car worth over $700 and when I got the car back it’s switched out with the original $180 one that goes on the car.Now I’m having to pay double for my whole rear end has to be dropped again and put back togetherWouldn’t recommend this place not to sure if they just don’t pay attention to what they’re doing or what it is..

The owner is the reason my 2 year old and I are safe and sound back home. I had a flat tire and his wrecker service was fast, polite, helpful, amazing...I could go on! I didnt remember where I placed the special key to unlock my tires but they found a way. These people make a difference in others lives. They care about people. They made sure we had some place to stay for the night before letting us go. I am thankful to have met the owner and his driver. They made a horrible night/situation turn into a not so bad experience. I recommend this place to anyone who wants honest, good work done. These people have high standards and morals. Probably the nicest and most honest guy in the automotive field I have ever met. He opened a bay for me to get me back on the road and in a fast manner. Hendrick I think was the name of my mechanic and he did a phenomenal job also a very honest mechanic. These guys at outlaw are the real deal forsure. They will be in business for a long long time. From someone who did not grow up in Abilene, knowing who to take my vehicles to was sketchy. Someone recommended Outlaw and I love them! Very professional and kind owners, always answered my questions. Some of the more reasonable prices I have seen in town, and quality work. I had my car at another shop for NINE MONTHS! Outlaw automotive towed it from there TODAY and already have it running and returned to me. If I had only known, I would have brought it here to begin with!! My advice is to forget the hassle, forget the INSANELY long wait, and bring your car here to get it fix right and quick. 2nd time this week weve done business with this place, and I couldnt be happier. Ive found our new mechanics!

Great shop very detail orientated got my truck fixed the mechanic t.k. was very nice and knowledgeable. Front desk guy greg was just there behind the desk.

You want a shop thatll surprise you, its here. Dodge, the certified techs couldnt even figure out my problem for a month. They tore down my trans and everything....nothing. A day and a half after I asked Outlaw to take a look...it was a freaking axle. 2 weeks later I had boost issues...Outlaw was done in 36 hrs, fixed and actually running better then I ever felt it. I dont know anyone whos used them after 8 yrs of being here, but, if you need a place...give this shop a shot. Especially for the price. Im not letting anyone else fix my SRT. I hope this place stays under the radar for now cause when people find out what they have to offer its gonna blow up.
