I have been waiting for someone at copart to return my call since yesterday. I have called several times and left my number to see if they are picking up my car! To no avail! Frustrating when I need to sell it so I can put money on a down payment on a more reliable vehicle!

Today was there to take my vehicle, and the driver(shovel pickup) was watching me, and my friend throughout the entire time! Also threatened us while were trying to tow it, if we step away from the vehicle hes going to call the sheriff. It was very unnecessary for that employee to approach customers like that. Hes talking as if were thieves/or criminals. Im wondering if this happened because i don’t look European, or lighter skin tone color.

The people at abilene are fast and courtesy and go above and beyond to help from office to fork driver thank you copart from USA

Fast loading Im not public Im a customer so please get -portable bathrooms- so I dont have to go up road as they told me to do. And David is a good professional loader thanks David.

This place is BS! They have a sign that says the yard closes at 5pm, and when I walked in there at 4:02 pm on a Tuesday; I was told they stop loading and allowing carriers in at 4pm. Such garbage!
