This newer (as of 2020) ROFO has a couple of drawbacks, but is otherwise a nice place to stop, in a safe neighborhood. The bathrooms are relatively clean, there’s good parking (front and back) and the variety of stock (coffee, frozen foods, made-to-order meals, etc.) is reasonable for this type of convenience store. In addition, they have free air for tires, a car wash and recently installed Tesla charging stations. The drawbacks, they are understaffed, so if you need checkout assistance, or get behind a long line at the food counter, prepare to be patient. There are 3 self-checkouts, and the line for those are almost always short.Also, the return to 95 south is unintuitive. You must first head away from 95 (turn right out of the parking lot) and then make a U-turn to get the on-ramp. Northbound 95 is an easy on/off.If you stop here just for gas, the prices are competitive with neighboring stations that are further from the interstate. So don’t bother searching for a better deal unless you’re willing to go out of your way several miles.

Every single time we go in this store there is no one behind the counter to help you. Today was no exception. Went in to get something and 2 people in the deli area working and no one at the register. Then we were told we had to wait in line until “she” is done making sandwiches. If your going to rely on self registers then move the tobacco products onto the floor where we can get them. It’s not like your worried about theft cause no one is ever there watching.

Some of the old KFC staff from Beards Hill Rd work here and they provide a nice and clean experience every time I visit. Staff is friendly and Im always satisfied with their customer service.Chicken always tastes fresh. Even offered to cut the skin off my chicken sandwich when I didnt ask. Awesome attention to detail. Sauce and bun tasted great. Tenders taste solid. Their stock items like protein bars and energy drinks are up to date. Refrigerated items like greek yogurt and salads are well prepped.Not much else to say. Solid service overall, and gas is reliable to get when needed with the contactless card reader.

When this store first opened it was the better of the two stores and I didnt mind at all coming out of my way to come here, but the past 4 times I have come here late at night on my way home it is so bad. Tonight the one only person was so busy talking to 2 gentlemen that she couldnt even be bothered with cleaning up the bags customers had discarded next to the self check out registers and then when I went to ask her something about the hot food I waited and waited and she was just in the back doing who knows what, after ten minutes I left. U started out awesome, please vet ur hires better so u can stay awesome. U need to do something about the night shift here. I wont be back to this location at night until things change and obviously others feel the same way

Great food and the self check outs are easy to use

Place was a mess. Waited for half hour for chicken. Got an 8 piece with fries. Ask three times about my order. Was told next time when getting a big order to call it in. Didnt realize an,8 piece was a big order! Workers stood around talking more then they worked. I wont go back.

Waste of money ordered 3 chicken strip meal and got random pieces of bone in chicken and bad fries. Food wasnt fresh or edible.

I love this new location very clean always stocked and there is an extra special employee there her name is Chrystal. As soon as I walked in she remembered me from only one other prior visit and what brand of cigarettes I smoked. Not only did she take the time to greet me with a smile and asked if I would need my brand of cigarettes before she walked away from the self help registers but she also noticed that I was having trouble getting my card to go through and discreetly came around and paid the rest of how much I was short. When I asked when she would be working again so I could bring it back to her she kindly replied no..no you dont to she just replied that she likes to put out good in the world. Thank you again Chrystal. We need more people and employees in the universe like chrystal. I I literally drive by a royal farm when I leave my house but prefer this locstion because of the staff.

The place is horrible I stood in line waiting to be checked out, they were in the back room where the food is prepared and didnt see the customer. Then the cashier came to the register walked passed and checked something beside the register.

The chicken and food is fresh, highly recommend visiting this new RoFo.

Don’t go to this location looking to complete a money gram transaction. They’re listed on moneygrams website as a location, but none of them no how to do it and will refuse to try and figure it out.
