Left a package for fedex to pick up. All they had to do was scan it into the system. They did not and this was several days ago. It’s sitting in the warehouse somewhere in Aberdeen and now the date has passed for me to get a refund on my thousand dollar iPhone. And I have no clue where it is.

Only used this location a few times to mail items, but the gal upfront is beyond nice and helpful. Though a little out of the way, this offers a better shipping rate on larger packages than the USPS.

Everything thing is ok except for their contact info. The automated service is by far the most ridiculous and annoying I’ve ever experienced.. you cannot contact the local store directly.
