Chimney Techniques did a super job from start to finish. The owner came out and helped me pick out the stove and placement for my beautiful Vermont Castings woodstove and then the awesome crew came out and installed it. Friendly and super clean guys, who took the time to really explain the operating procedures of the stove. I am very, very pleased with the stove and team from Chimney Techniques. Cant speak highly enough of them. AWESOME JOB!!!

We ordered a new hot tub cover from Chimney Techniques last summer (2020). It was a replacement for an old soggy cover that wed had for 10 years. The Covid season required us to wait on the manufacturer for more than 3 months before it came in. After the installation it was obvious it was the wrong color and wrong design.Chimney Techniques responded quickly and at no cost to us reordered another while we used the temporary replacement through the winter and early spring. We still had to wait for the manufacturer again - no fault of Chimney Techniques. Finally the new and corrected cover came in. Chimney Techniques was immediate in the delivery and installation.WOW ! Now that is magnificent service from a terrific local business !

I have spent the past week trying to get these people to return a call to get my fireplace remodeled. 5 calls, left 3 voice mails, 2 employees told me someone will call me back and nothing after 7 days. Looks like they’re making too much money to return a call. Good luck with that. I should have been done 4 days ago I guess. So much for customer service.

We needed annual maintenance on our Morso woodstove and a sweep of our chimney; we called Chimney Techniques based on recommendations from neighbors in our community. They were a pleasure to work with, left us with a spotlessly maintained stove and chimney, and even went out of their way to source a small, obscure part from the stoves manufacturer that needed replacement. Well definitely be calling them every year!

This is a great place to shop if you are in need of wood or pellet stoves as well as chimney repair materials. It is a bit on the pricey side. But at the same time you dont need to make multiple trips to various other places to get everything you need to get your project done.

They deeply care about serving their customers. Honesty is refreshing!

Very friendly staff. When I first pulled up I almost drove off but decided to go in anyway. For such a small place they do have a fair amount of choices in stock to look at. They seemed expensive but this was the only place Ive visited so far so I could definitely be wrong on that one.
