Worse car wash ever. Paid $14 and don’t even looked like my car was touched. Didn’t even spray anything on my wheels. Will never be back!!This use to be the best. Use to go there every Saturday morning. This place went down hill. I’d rather go to hickory they do everything including vacuuming for $20. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The improvements made here during the pandemic is great. The only thing needed now is better tire washing. Hats off to management for finally recognizing and changing the much needed improvements to the car wash.

Went into wash the cicadas off the front of my truck half of the equipment is busted and does not work half of the other parts used to wash your car are just flat not there zero maintenance is done to this outside car wash the vacuums barely work and there was only two wash bays working and when you put it to soap or wax you get nothing but clean water out no soap no wax worst $5 Ive spent in a while do not recommend it all they dont do any maintenance to any of their equipment and the stuff that is maintained when its there and not missing does not work very well

We always drive about 11 miles to go to Asto. Always a great wash and great service. Hubster worked there back in the 70s. Love helping out our small business owners.

Paid 17 dollars for them to spray my car with water. Lasted like 8 min. Don’t go here fr, there’s a do it yourself one right behind.

The wash itself is great, and I love the price... But theres one guy that dries vehicles that has a bad attitude, and Im about ready to pop out and punch him in the face. I come through 4x a week, and Im really over the bad attitude, especially considering I tip everytime I come through...

This car wash well over charge your credit card. Even though I canceled my monthly subscription as I moved away I continue to get charged every month, and dispute the charge with my credit card and asked to car wash refuses to stop billing my credit card.

19.95 a month, as many washes as you want, its a great deal!

Wasted 2.75 on the one bag that has no sign of out of order n theres no soap n the drive through beats paint n rips bumpers and scratches cars.whoever owns it should either shut it down on invest in fixing instead of just profit.its sad

This is a good spot to wash and rinse off ones vehicle by hand. I have not used their auto wash but they have unlimited wash programs for a monthly basis. Easy to access, fairly good equipment, and exactly what is needed for a car wash.

Absolutely dont put money in their self serve washing bays without verifying they work. I lost 5 dollars loading the first wash bay on the left as you pull in. There was NO soap, NO wax and upon notifying the automatic car wash employee I was DENIED a full refund as the OWNER wasnt on site. I wont be returning.

Its not the same anymore. I did the $25 unlimited at first when different people ran it and they would hand wash your whole car and push your mirrors in before going through the car wash. Now like everyone else has noticed that the group that took over dont care like they did, your lucky if they even spray your car before going through the car wash. Im glad I quit.

They offer unlimited car washes for 20 dollars but when you ask about it they say that lady is only in on Sat. My first visit I paid for a number 2 on their selection board and I got a number 1. Went back a second time because Royal Farms was out of order. I asked for a number 2. I was talked out of that. Charged me 17 dollars. Did not give me a receipt. Then the guy at the end yelled at me because he was not giving me any direction I thought the wash was over and put on the break so I wouldnt hit him. Then he did a half ass job on the tires. I tipped him 2 bucks. Was putting my window up and he yelled at me again because I wasnt pulling away fast enough. I yelled out the window that I wont be coming back.....never in a million years...even if it were free.

They were quick with the line of cars, almost too quick. It was a very cold day, but had soap left on my truck after they were finished. Will try again and hope to improve their rating, considering the situation. They deserve a 2nd chance..

I wash my truck as many times as I need or want to for $24. Month. They do a great job and hand wipe after the machines wash.

Not too bad, but they left some soap on the wheels. My kids love it!

I paid for the most expensive package expecting to receive a good job, and left feeling cheated. Apparently the pre-wash guys dont coordinate with the post-wash guys, and they tried to get me to leave without finishing the job. I had to tell them to do my tires.Then they barely applied the tire polish on them to make a difference. I dont even know if rain-x was applied, or whether the wax was applied. The whole process took less than 5 minutes, and the quality shows! I had to go home and finish the job myself! I shouldve just got the cheapest package, then maybe I wouldnt feel as bad. DO NOT buy the most expensive package! Its NOT worth it, and you will NOT notice any big improvements over the cheapest package......Actually, save yourself the trouble and just find a car wash with better reviews.

All new people , you can tell that they dont really care .the people barely brushed my car before it was put thru the wash. Then at the end the employees were moving slow and the cars were running out of space. But the car did look good .

I had used the Manuel washing system and I pulled up and got my change and everything I had to and the soap brush didn’t work the other thing that worked was the rinse and soap rinse but there was no soap in the water(normal u see a little color) and wasted money for nothing never coming here again

Older place. A bit run down, but they offer flat rate monthly plans where you can come as much as you want. Pleasant staff.

Yes, as stated by others instructions and attitudes are not the best, but if you go through a couple times and get to know what youre doing youll be fine. They dont always completely dry car but thats about my only complaint. P.S.- Their Tire Shine is a MUST DO.

Worst experience of my life i been coming here for 4+years. I pull up in a bay get out brush is on ground.so i put my required amount of money $2.25 :to spay van so i do that and switch over to brush no soap is coming out.so walk over to a employee to them know what was going on. A man by name of James is doing something and i tried to ask who manager is cause i feel that i should get a refund on some of the 10 i put in and i was telling them about james ignore ME AND HE COMES RUNNING IN AND THREATENING TO BEAT ME UP what kind of place is this carwash no soap employees beeing violent with paying customers.then he just kept yelling other employees saying he does this once a week to someone. Well Enjoy it i wont spend another dime i would like my money back

This is the worst car wash in Maryland.... Have the same exact machines and coin operated since 30 years ago when I started driving.... Worse than Maryland junk all way round.... I would give it a minus five stars if I could

I’ve been going for years and was pretty satisfied, but after this last visit no more. Too slow (w/ 4 guys there!), couldn’t make change, smelled weed, suds still on my car.

They do a great job and the fact that the guys hand dry the car after the blow dryer makes a big difference. Make sure you tip at the end.

The other day I went to Astro to wash my car I pull inside and I dont see anyone so I honked my horn and then a man comes walking out yelling at me to quit honking my Fing horn a lady walks out behind him shaking her head and apologizing for his ignorance. He proceeded to pull me up asked me with a rude tone what wash I wanted yanked my money out of my hand then gave me back the wrong change after I told him he shorted me he said you asked for a package 4 thats seventeen dollars the lady spoke up and said no a package 4 is $14 he then looked at a piece of paper and said oh it is $14 dollars and proceeded to give me the rest of my change. The lady sprayed the passengers side and washed it the ignorant man sprayed my car and sent me on my way yelling I said neutral no brake idiot. This is by far one of the rudest people Ive came across and this is not the first time Ive witnessed his ignorance I have been coming to this car wash for over ten years and he (James) is by far the worst manager not only was my car was still dirty but only on the drivers side but also didnt get what I paid for there was no triple foam nor did I get tire shine I didnt want to complain God only knows what he would have done had I complained. Later on that evening I just so happened to run into the young lady at Walmart she noticed me and spoke up again apologizing for that mans ignorance her and I talked for about fifteen minutes she was trying her best to keep me as a customer but I said as long as that man is there I will never come back and I will be sure to let everyone I know about his ignorance and how he treats the customers. You might as well pay the kid in your neighborhood 15 bucks and get a real car wash.There is no difference between the 17 dollar and the 10 dollar wash - both will leave your car smelling like mold. Will will drive off with a half-cleaned, wet car.

Just looking at it should tell you not to go there you dont get the product you pay for the under carriage doesnt work and there is no wheel Brite they havent worked in over a year

I called my bank and filed a fraudulent charges. I will not recommend this car wash to anybody. I called them and pretended like they dont have a clue!!! I found out that this a$$ holes has been automatically charging my account since the day I signed for only one month for the month of January and Ive been charge throughout! Stay away from Astro Auto Car Wash!!!!!!! I have to call my bank to cancel my debit card to prevent this charges!

The hand wash portion of this car wash is an absolute dump. I have gone there twice now and both times there was no soap, or wax and I lost over $5.00 in quarters. The drains in the floor were also backed up and sewage flowing out of them really bad. I will never go back to this hand wash supposedly car wash again, it is really a dump..

Got my car washed, tires shined, and a sealer wax for $17. Also, you can get unlimited washes for $19.95..

A place that has forgotten that it is a SERVICE, serving customers: Confusing instructions led to me not putting the car in neutral/stepping on the brakes (not supposed to do). The employees were angry and told each other what a fuc%ing idiot I was... The guys on the other side, again, issued very confusing/contradictory instructions (dont put your foot on the brake... wait, where are you going?!) and once again took it out on the customer.The wash itself was a little better than average (sponged down before going through the car wash), but why would I go to a place like that when there are others to choose from?Visited: 18 JAN @ approximately 1:30pm

Not satisfied with my last few trips there. They splashed the tire black on the running boards of my SUV, and its very diffucult to get off. One trip, the guy drying my car started yelling at me for what reason I couldnt tell. He seemed to be high on something.
