Have had bad luck in the past but gave them another shot tonight. Everything was awesome! Great service , fast and everything cooked perfect. Will continue going again.

We wanted a bottle of wine but they didnt have a wine menu so waitress had to keep running to the back to check what they had. It took a out 20 min to order a bottle. The steak was tough . The wallet was good but for $24 you would expect a better presentation than brown fish and white potatoes on a white plate. When we tried talking to the manager she was very defensive.

A wonderful dinner option. They offer Steaks, Seafood, Pasta meal choices and a full bar.

Always has nice seasonal menus. Decor could use a refresh.

Very slow and it still took us 5-10 minutes to be seated. Then we got the Menu with no price listing and absolutely no Steak. It was 2:10pm. We waited another 5 minutes to get ordered for drinks. The complete dissapointment had me get my Family up and leave.

There were 6 of us there for lunch, the menu had many options and the food was very good. The bill was a little more than $100.

After eating and drinking at the lunch time, Ive decided to change my review, the bartender/server Dave is such a treat! I enjoy just chatting with him! Hes very knowledgeable about the drink and food menus, I think I might become a regular in the lunch time!

Service was great. The champagne chicken was so good.

Food was great our server was rude though was not impressed that way being as i worked there for years and our servers especially in the bar were surely great in the past.

Ive ate there many times in the past 18 yrs. Very disappointed.. The service is not as good! Never could find waitress. Over hour to get food. Chicken Alfredo was macaroni noodles with slight glaze of sauce. Not what youd expect from a fine dining establishment!

The decor feels a but dated but the great food and service make up for that one shortfall.

Food was quite good, service wasnt quite as good. They came quick enough to take plates and get the money, but never got a refill on drinks.

Unfortunately not the place it used to be. Salad was served at the same time as entrée. Server stood at bar visiting with bartender and manager. Had to go ask for box and check. 7 steps of service is long gone. Food was good however took a long time to be served. We visited at 5 pm.

Waitress was slow w/service, refills, & bill . Some meals were OK, others were cold. Ive been there many times before when both the service & food were much better. Hate giving a low review when most of the time is a lot better.

Ordered room service from the bar. Everything was to specification and very delicious!

First time eating there tonight. We were seated promptly and met our waitress quickly. She didnt even bat an eye when I made a special request regarding my pasta dish. Food came out quickly and was awesome! And big thank you to our waitress and the cooks for accommodating my request and not making me feel awkward about it. Definitely will go back!

Amazingly friendly staff and management. Great with toddlers too. A little dark on the lighting but it also set the mood for a romantic quiet place. Food was amazing. I had the hot beef...diner favorite the was dressed up for dinner... melt in your mouth delicious. My wife had the Stir fry with Stake... perfectly cooked with a hint of spice. Even their house salad was above par... eat there and you will see what I mean.

Just left the breakfast buffet still hungry. Stood in a line with 30 people waiting for food. Line moved 3 people in 5 minutes. Went back to my room. When 30 people are standing there and they only bring out 10 milk there is a problem.Brighter note the dining in the restaurant last night was top notch and the food was excellent. This morning bombs the rating though. Not enough food and not enough room gives this rating. Sorry.Actually we are standing in the hotel attached to Minerva so im not sure if they are together or not. Seems like the hotel has the problem with their non existent breakfast.

My family and I were looking for a good meal in a quieter place. We found that and more at minervas. The food was amazing! I got the steak stir fry and it was so good. The service was fantastic as well, a table check by the manager and all. Very impressed. We will be back!

I do enjoy the bread appetizer (when they actually bring it to you). I do not enjoy barely anything on the menu. I can not eat spicy food and I am bit of a picky eater. I tried to go easy and get the chicken tortellini, it was much spicier than I wanted. Too much seasoning. I do not like that the drink menu is not on the menu. Also the waitress was not very friendly.

Excellent service and great food.

Had the hunters rib eye with the Oscar steak topping and side of garlic mashed potatoes. The artichoke spinach dip for appetizer and Minervas Lager to drink. It was great, the food was good, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was awesome.

The Chicken Cajun Linguini and their house salad are sssoo good!!! Their Tiramisu is also delicious! Depending on the time you go (dinner) service can be slow. Not slow enough to stop me from going, but a more relaxed time-frame for your dining will help you enjoy it more.

Ive been to Minervas many times over the course of several years. Unfortunately, the quality isnt what it used to be. The steaks were good and done perfectly. But what used to be one of the best steaks Ive ever tasted is now just good. The wine selection is decent, definitely worth trying some of their wines. But the cocktails werent terribly special (though, theres potential there). Overall, for the price, Id like to see done improvements. That said, its still the best restaurant in town, so it deserves a star for that. I wish a Sunday evening filled the dining room with people again.

Amazing service and great food

I went here after church with mom and a friend. Its a very popular place on a Sunday for lunch. There is a buffet which is very good. Location is perfect for moms church.

Tasty American fare served here. Weve stuck with the wings and pizzas. Very good food. They were extremely busy when we visited so things took a little longer than usual but they didnt forget uggs and refreshed drinks and took the time to keep tabs on us.

Friendly staff, really good food. Quick service. Area was kinda dark but it gave it a more romantic setting. Food was expensive. But it was worth the quality time I had with my husband.

Minervas is an okay place to have a decent, somewhat expensive, meal. Its worth mentioning that its a nice low-key and comfortable atmosphere.

Had supper with my family tonight. Service was extremely slow!. Steak was overcooked to the point that I could hardly cut it with the steak knife and garlic mashed potatoes were cold. Ive eaten here many times and was always pleased with the food and service...was very disappointed tonight.

The food is good. The price is always higher everytime we go to Sunday brunch. We go a couple times a year. The biggest problem I have is the exceptionally slow service. Everytime we go we have to find a waiter or waitress to serve us. I hate that! It is utterly irritating. Not to mention extremely bad for business. They are lucky they have hotel guests to serve, otherwise they would not succeed as a restaurant.

Had to re-edit to upgrade from 4 to 5 stars after the incredible lunch we had in the lounge area yesterday! Dave our waiter was unbelievably fantastic, Kathy our hostess was so very nice and accommodating and the food was just out-of- this world delicious! Gorgeous new decor in the front desk area too. Way to add class to Aberdeen Minervas and Ramkota!

Southwest Grilled Chicken salad was just perfect & delicious! Hostess was very accommodating to my take-out order!

I will not be eating here anymore. problem is they changed there menu and now food selection is very poor also they used to have salad bowl with dinner and you could eat as much of it as you liked but now they give just a little plate of salad... so I dont like that. Also seems like the pricing went up. All in all I will not be eating there anymore as they made too many negative changes!!!!!

Have attempted to eat there twice. The first time the waitstaff was rude and the service was so slow, we ended up leaving before we ordered. The second time we went there for a buffet and while the food was OK the service was still abysmally slow. Would not return.

Sunday buffet is good and a fair price. Always look forward to the Taste of New Orleans menu.

I was there last nite food was good but took them just about 2 hours to get it to us.Then they tell us we can have desert on the house because ticket took so long and they charge us for one of them.And the price it’s overrated the flame down on Main Street is just as good and half price.On the menu house salad is 3 but they charge you 4 will never see me again

Fine dining. The salmon salad is superb, as is the filet mignon. Ive never gotten anything that I didnt like. The staff are friendly and professional.
