Absolutely a amazing company I have a 2011 Ford fusion that is extremely low to the ground and I had the pleasure to have Tim and Kim to help me tow my car back to my apartment complex they took extremely well care of my car and treated it like it was their own they didn’t scrape scratch or anything to the car they were fast efficient and overall an amazing team I will definitely recommend them for any future tows and very very very impressed that they were able to get my car on the flatbed without any damage at all definitely experienced and definitely know how to properly tow a car!!!

I cannot recommend this shop more. Theyve really taken care of me this weekend. They were called by another shop to pick up my broken down trailblazer. The tow driver assessed the issue for me and was nice enough to answer my questions, even though he was initially only called to pick it up. He called back to his shop to check for a blazer in their yard, and there was. He gave me a rough estimate of what they could do it for and when. The place I was initially having it towed to still claimed theyd be able to do it faster, so I still had it sent there. The guy from Cullums still gave me a great deal on the tow (difficult hook up for a low normal price).As soon as the place I had it sent to got it and looked at it, they called me and told me it wouldnt be done for 3 days and would cost me 1100 bucks. I called cullums and told them I should have sent the car there in the first place and got them to go get it and do the work themselves.Even though the tow guy initially told me they wouldnt be able to get to it until Monday, they started working on it that afternoon on a Saturday and worked late Saturday evening and Sunday morning and actually had my car to me Sunday afternoon. A day before the other shop would have even ordered the parts and at least $500 cheaper. As a single dad this is huge to me. The 500 they saved me is second to what they saved me by the fact that I had my vehicle back and running smoothly and didnt have to try to make plans for getting my son back and forth.This place understands what people like us are going through and theyre actually on your side, not just trying to make money off of people. Ill be bringing my vehicle here for life

Professional service from the first call! The staff at Cullums were patient and courteous on the phone, and worked with me since I had already moved, and needed a 40 mile tow ASAP. They worked with my schedule for delivery and they were right on time. They are definitely not the typical, you need us, therefore we are going to take you to the cleaners type of towing service. Being a former Marine, I was even impressed with their attention to detail as shown through their truck (i.e., clean and secure). I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
