I called several places & stopped at 1 before I ended up here. I had a flat tire that I needed to get checked & I needed it taken care of immediately. All the other shops told me I could drop it off & theyll get to it later in the day. Precision Auto took me immediately. Turns out I needed 3 tires replaced because they were so old & dry rotted with huge cracks in them. I feel they were honest with me & didnt take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. They gave me a great discount, threw in an oil change at a reduced rate (I needed 1 soon anyways) and fixed an issue with my parking break for free. Ill definitely come back next time I need work done. Russ & the mechanic who worked on my car were great, real friendly. I definitely recommend coming here.

My first visit... Luckily - I saw the sign out front when I was driving by, and went in for the best price on an Alignment Ive seen anywhere in the area. Was helped promptly and the work was done quickly. The guys were both really welcoming. On the way home, the vehicle was tracking and handling much better, which was nice improvement, but the steering wheel was slightly off center. I went back the next day and they were quick to get it back on the rack, checked everything again, and got it squared away in short time. Very happy. The technicians were friendly and helpful, and the service advisor was too. Even though I wasnt a big ticket work order, I felt like a valued customer and was treated very well. Glad I chose this shop from all the local options. Vehicle tracks smooth and straight, and I feel safer travelling with my family now. Thanks guys... I appreciate your work.

I needed an alignment on my Dodge Grand Caravan. The price quoted was $69.95, but on arrival there was a special for $44.90. They honored the deal without me asking.Mike was very professional. After driving the care he re checked because he said it didn’t feel right. Great work ethic. Took a little longer than expected because they appeared short staffed, but it’s Covid times right. Thanks will be back if needed!

Went in for an alignment a few weeks ago. Some parts needed to be replaced before it could be done, which they identified and informed me appropriately. I like to do my own repairs, but I need a shop for alignments, inspections, and some other things that are bigger than my driveway can handle. Took the truck back home, completed repairs, returned for the alignment. The staff at this location couldnt have been more friendly throughout the process. Most garages would give you some attitude for not having them do the repairs, but I got none of that. Im bringing another car for an alignment and a third visit is planned for an inspection. I havent seen anything but friendly and honest car gurus working here and that makes me very happy!

Worse car care experience ever. i had my alternator replaced for $810.00. drove off and within 5 mins, my battery light came back on, so i had to take my car back. i was told they put in a bad one so i had to wait another 2 hours for them to put another one in which they said was new. he also said others there checked to make sure this one will work. will, after leaving and driving about 4 minutes, my battery light came on again. so after 6 hours of my day and 800+ dollars, i have to go back again tomorrow to resolve this issue. these are my only 2 days off which i had planned to go out of town. thanks to precision tune, that will not happen for me this week. they have lost my service, so beware.

My wife bought a Groupon for 4-wheel alignment and wiper blades. Before the guy even took the car in he told her they wont do the alignment if anything else is wrong with the car. Guess what, they said they found something else wrong, said the rack and pinion was bad and it would be either $1050 to fix or $25 to get the car back without the alignment and wiper blades. Took the car to another garage and they said nothing was wrong with the rack and pinion. What a rip off!! Luckily Groupon gave us our money back. Stay away from this place!

So I bought a groupon for my wife for a full synthetic blend oil change and free wipers. My wife went to use it at this location and the service guy said it would be an additional 34 dollars. Why would we pay more for the oil change. This place is a joke. Please don’t go here. Go to jiffy lube in edgewood. They don’t rip people off. I love all the other negative comments left on here also. I guess because my wife is a female they tried to get off on her. What a joke.

I faced a very difficult situation with a broken shift cable on my 2000 Olds Intrigue. They couldnt find a new replacement cable, which was in discontinued status with GM and its suppliers. They managed to find one in an area salvage yard, and the acting manager personally drove to pick it up during his lunch hour. The mechanic in turn interrupted his own lunch to get it attached and help me salvage a few hours of work Friday. Im very impressed with how they managed to resolve a difficult problem, their customer service, and their professionalism.

Customer service was excellent. Was kept inform entire time of service of any other issues they found. Had my 2 year old nephew and 9 year old son, and manager even asked if they wanted anything from store.

I work at Aberdeen Proving Ground on a contract assignment as of right now, my wife and child decided to come visit me for the 4th of July weekend this year (2019). On the way up their a/c went out in their 2010 Honda Odyssey and since its currently one of the hottest Julys in my recent memory this cause a serious problem. We had Carmax MaxCare and this shop was referred through them, Id driven by it multiple times and never thought anything of it until yesterday. Walked in for service and they were able to start work on the van relatively quickly. I had my 4 year old son with me at the time and he was starting to get a little stir crazy sitting in the waiting area, the man at the front desk Rayvon Smith was quick to produce a basket of toys to keep him occupied for the next few hours, as well as a remote to try to find some cartoons on the tv... They knew the struggle and were quick to make it less of a struggle. Eventually Dave the mechanic on duty entered the waiting area and explained to me he had found a leak in the condenser for the ac system and it could be easily replaced, after I noticed my son had somehow managed to get dirt on his face (suprise suprise 4 year olds...) Dave was quick to produce some wipes and commented about having kids as well. Rayvon informed me that they could have a replacement condenser delivered by the morning and handled all the paperwork between the shop and MaxCare in a professional and quick manner. We returned the next day to have the condenser installed and ac recharged and were waiting for maybe an hour and a half, on the way out Dave produced a bag of Dum Dum lollipops from behind the counter and offered my some one for being so patient the past 2 days...Those two were the only two employees I say throughout my experience at the shop, they had other customers besides me and still were able to give top notch service while maintaining a quick and professional work attitude. On top of that they didnt have to be accommodating or acknowledge my son being there but they went above and beyond with helping with entertainment. I dont know how much Rayvon and David are being paid, but Im positive its not enough! They absolutely need a raise!

I LIKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THE DESK.. WHILE GETTING MY RECOMMENDATIONS I FELT THERE WAS REAL CONCERN FOR MY SAFETY, THE OVERALL LONGEVITY OF MY VEHICLE, AND MY BUDGET. I WILL BE RETURNING

Very slow service, 3 1/2 hours for a state inspection. A technician was walking around with cigarette hanging out of his mouth like it was his personal garage. I asked the manager if they’re allowed to smoke in the work area and he said “technically yes”. Not the type of place I’d go back to for any repairs.

Wife purchased a Groupon for an oil change, and when she tried to set up an appointment, they told her they dont accept appointments for oil changes, which is astonishing considering thats the main thing they do there, when we go in person, they say they are too busy, so twice after paying for the Groupon were we turned away for service. I left so angey, I went to Mr tire who accepted their coupon and took my car back right away. If you want to feel like your a priority, avoid this place that turns business away

Went for a oil pan replacement and oil change of course .ever since I had a heat shield rattle missing screws on splash guard and over filled my engine with oil that can possibly damage engine n there not even open in Aberdeen to correct it.what can u do about that?

I followed Russ Fleetwood there. He worked at the Edgewood PT and I received great Customer service from him at Edgewood, I had to go to Aberdeen to continue the great service. Everyone there is very nice and professional! I appreciate someone looking out for me and I appreciate great service. You will get it here for sure. Russ goes the extra mile! Yesssss!

I had a Groupon I used here a few months ago to which the service tech refused to rotate my tires because I needed a wheel alignment on a 1 year old car.... to top it Off he couldn’t do the alignment because their equipment was out dated. So I paid all this money to get partial service. Fast forward to now I attempted to get my oil changed twice with another Groupon to which they manager said they were too busy and that he couldn’t see me. I work too often to be driving around wasting my time. They are not accommodating and clearly don’t like to work. If you go there don’t ever mention a Groupon until after you tell them what service you want. The one in Edgewood sucks just as bad. Go to jiffy lube they are always willing and able ❤️

Great service shop. No BS trying to upsell expensive needless stuff- just honest answers about whats up with your vehicle! Prices are fair and service is great, nice guys behind the counter. I have already been in twice now- got a tune up, and an oil change, and will return again. Service guys are ASE certified mechanics. Wait times arent long either! No appt, first come first served. Oil change had me in and out of there in under and hour :)

Honestly... My worst experience ever. I called to set up an appointment because I was given a Groupon ticket as an anniversary present, they told me they dont accept appointments. I tried to go in person TWICE, both times I was told theyre too busy. The first time I went in, the manager wrote my name down and an unofficial appointment time of 11:30. I show up at 11:30 the next day, they tell me they cant see me for another hour and a half. I was so pissed, I just walked out after hearing the manager (who was transferred from Edgewood) tell me how the manager at Edgewood would just blow people off and tell them they were too busy and wouldnt be able to get them in. So basically telling on himself. What a crock!!! So because I had a Groupon , they didnt want to deal with me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I luckily was able to get Mr. Tire to honor my voucher. I have an appointment set up tomorrow. I dont usually leave reviews but I was completely and utterly astonished at how bad the service was.

Its was quick I was in and out and much cheaper than 2 other places I priced.
