Needed a new freezer last minute. They had a great selection of different sizes with really good prices so it wasnt as much of an unexpected financial hit. The staff was also extremely nice and made sure that getting what I needed was as hassle free and quick as possible.

I have been dealing with Langs for 30 years and they have never disappointed me. Products are top of the line and the service department are the best around IMO Just purchased a new refrigerator and I new getting it in was going to be tough but the guys that showed up really knew what they were doing. I think Langs has the best of the best in every department.

Lost a fridge, they helped us with a loaner. The girlfriend and I went into Langs today to pick out a new refrigerator. She had been conversing with Devin and he was extremely helpful with choosing a fridge. All the salesmen were extremely polite. I on average have bought more appliances from Big Box stores. But today has changed my buying habits, for the future. We got a excellent refrigerator at a excellent price. Along with a extended warranty for a great price. Would urge anyone looking to buy to check Langs out.

Very helpful went in to find out about parts for a washer. Seems they can get parts in days.

Bought a dishwasher. When he came to install it he couldnt because of the hose we have connected to ours. Seriously, so here it sits. Install guy says its no big deal their just not aloud to do it. So train them....

Sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Service is the best in town. Weve purchased virtually all our home appliances here for nearly 30 years.

Saleman was not very knowledgeable because it was a newer brand I asked about. Also mentioned black Friday sales and manufacturers rebates before double checking the product I was interested in qualified, plus then it was another $80 to deliver.

My boyfriend and I bought an adorable vintage TV set at Langs! They have so much variety in TVs and sound systems. Plus we were really impressed by the customer service! Chris definitely puts his customers satisfaction first.
