My husband and I went to buy some flooring for our home. Shawn was our sales person. He gave us the best advice on which flooring to buy. He never made us feel that we was bothering him. Cody came and helped him get 49 boxes. Those two men are a GREAT asset to Lowe’s. Great jobs!!!!!

Im glad that Lowes is close, but it would be nice if Lowes had some of their knowledgeable personnel in each department work the weekends instead of all part-time workers. Weekends are when most people attempt home improvement projects. When no one in the store can recommend a glue and trowel size to install outdoor carpet on an outdoor sunny patio there is a problem, but of course if youre the only game in town....

Really like shopping Lowes. Employees are usually friendly and helpful. There however has been an issue with pricing of items. An item will have a price code for one amount but scans for a higher amount.

Great prices. Need to work on customer service just a bit. Ive been in many times and have been helped but this past sunday, no one came help load any wood. Many associates pasted me and my son and not one said hello or anything. After having such great experiences I was a little disappointed this go round.

Shout out to Ty who assisted me with the purchase of a BBQ pit. He went above and beyond simple assistance!! He helped get it in my car which required some disassembly. He was kind, patient, and professional! Thanks Ty!!

Not enough manned registers other wise I love the store. Sometimes its hard to find a salesperson. Its nice when you a salesman that knows whats up and with a good attitude.

I would give my lowes 4 stars except the last time I came in for my project I had some of the worst customer service, nothing like what Im used to over there! know a few great employees there that know how to be helpful to customers. I needed something in the tool department and one of the emplyees justin was actively ignoring me until I had called him over. Then he didnt know at all what I was talking about and had a snarky attitude half the time we were talking. Didnt find what I needed even though the website and his phone said there were three left somewhere in stock. Im not a rude guy but this accociate was just not at all what Im used to from this store. I hope someone actually reads these comments. other than my bad experience with him the rest of the staff is professional and the checkout lines are faster than walmarts.

Forget finding someone to help find something

We bought a rake after hurricane Laura came to clean the yard .now after hurricane delta we went to use take and it broke. We took back to lowes they came us new one no questions ask..

After ordering almost $700. In flooring (18 boxes) online, my local store filled order with supposed 10 boxes they showed in stock & ordered remaining 8. After waiting the 5 to 7 days for my order to arrive at my store, they called me and told me my order was in, BUT they only had 8 boxes, not 10, in stock to complete my order! They refused to expedite remaining 2 boxes at their expense to complete my order!! Therefore, I have to wait another 5 to 7 day for remaining 2 boxes!!! I am not happy!!!

Had everything I needed

I had horrible experience here at the Lowe’s Home Improvement here in Abbeville, Louisiana. Management is horrendous when it comes to needing help in any of the departments. As for the seasonal department, I came in to purchase some patio furniture and Shirley Romero is the Assistant Store Manager at the Store and Lashanda is the Department Supervisor. I had asked one of them to help me purchase some furniture and instead of helping me they pushed me off to one of the other associates in the department. As a employee you should help the customer instead of pushing them off to others. It’s all about customer service to some of these corporate companies, but apparently they do not stand up to their company standards. I will never shop at this store again and now I shop at the Lafayette location since they provide better outstanding customer service. You definitely lost my business!! I’m headed to Home Depot for now on!

Great place for all your repair and improvement needs. They use to be a little light on finding someone to help you. But the last few times I have been there I havent had any problem at all. The employees took me to what I was looking for and help with picking the right thing out
