Our first visit to Whittington Vet Clinic was very pleasant. Our animal companion Molly was nervous and a bit protective of us yet the staff remained super sweet and calm. They informed us of all options in regards to preventatives and alternate locations for surgery services in the case we might not be able to afford their pricing. While we appreciate the alternative options, Whittington is easily affordable, has a cozy and uplifting interior with professional and hospitable staff that give every bit of attention a client could hope for. Very satisfied with our visit and look forward to the next!

So far, this place is amazing!!! Dr. Casi and the staff are the best. Moving and finding another Vet for my fury blind guy who was use to having a vet/friend since birth has been a tough transition. But they made him and myself feel welcomed and they were concerned with making sure he wasnt stressed. Cant wait to bring him back for his next visit.

My 3 yr old bloodhound (Lola) normally gets extremely anxious when going to the vet, but when we walked in the front door, she was calm as can be, and absolutely LOVED all the attention she got from the staff! I know every pet is different, but for this kind of peace when going to the vet, Whittington will be my choice for life! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

Everyone is so extremely helpful, nice, understanding and actually listen to you when getting to know your fur family and you. So very excellent when it comes to making your fur family patient feel comfortable. Very spacious, comfortable and clean environment. Gorgeous and large salt water aquarium to enjoy in waiting area as well as a very beautiful and colorful Macaw Parrot. Very professional and affordable.

I was very impressed with the services offered by Whittington Veterinary.The staff and Vet made me feel like my pets mattered to them as much as they do to me.We had a home visit with 5 dogs and 3 cats. Every one of my pets were treated as if they were important.I could not be more pleased with our new vet and would highly recommend them.

I have very satisfied with the services and the staff that they have provided for my dog Princess.After Princess being missing for three days we found her and she came home with a sore on her neck. I did not know what the sore was and the next day when I looked into her neck she had a hole and it was draining so I called the vet to bring her in. I first started visiting Whittington Veterinary Clinic in December of 2019. My senior Pug needed a new veterinarian. She had many health issues. We were always treated very well. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Sadly, we lost our little Pug girl in November 2020. The staff was so compassionate and caring. We recently acquired a new puppy. He has already begun his health journey with WVC! We are looking forward to many happy, healthy years with our sweet little boy.

The staff are super friendly and kept me well informed every step of the way during our first visit for my cane corso puppy named Luna. They were knowledgeable and treated Luna with such love and gentleness. You can tell the entire staff take pride in their work and truly love animals. I Observed Jojo had a embedded nail and i made a appointment When we arrived the Vet Nurse Michelle Hardy took Joojo gently into her arms and after observing the nail assured me she would be able to remove the nail with no problem. Michelle took Jojo to the back and returned with him in a matter of minutes. He was wrapped in a towel and she was holding him like a baby. She handed him to me then went to the back to talk to Dr. Casey. Michelle and Dr. Casey came into the room gave him a physical examination, prescribed his medication and assured me he would be recovering in a short period of time. Once again we were treated like FAMILY and not as clients.

My fur babies have been going here since 1997 and I am VERY pleased with the patience, care and love for animals this office displays! One of my cats (Sabrina) is not very friendly and always aggressive when they try to handle her when it comes to shots & exams. However, they never make me feel like Sabrina is not welcome there. I was aware they were unable to do a progesterone test. I was told they can do a swab and be able to give me what I was requesting that turned out not to be true everything else went well with appointments and stuff and main thing I went for.

I am very over protective of my 2 little fur babies. When I walked into Whittington Clinic for the first time and was greeted the way I was, I knew I was in the right place. My babies never left my sight (and that i what I look for in a clinic) and every step was explained. AND, I was offered coffee or water. I strong recommend Whittington Veterinary Clinic. I think my 2 babies would have stayed if I would have let them :) :)

I can’t tell you what a great service this is to the community. The staff care so much about every animal and go beyond what you would expect a vet office to do. I drive from Lafayette and it is completely worth it because I know that my dogs are in the best hands possible.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a veterinarian and clinic especially under such difficult circumstances!. We had to put down our 14+ yo kitty. Dr. Casi has been seeing my dogs for 12 years, I trust her more then any other that she will always do the right thing for my fur baby. I have two fur babies, that are my babies, and I am very overprotective of them. I shopped around for a good vet and when I interviewed Whittington Veterinary Clinic I was so impressed. I could not get over the passion they have for each animal that is brought in; not just mine as I saw while in the lobby. They bring you in your private room and the treatment is unending, they even offer me water or coffee, then call and check on their patient. Whittington veterinary clinic is the best place for my pet ever! ! ! There is no other veterinary clinics that come even close to comparing with the staff there. From the Dr, nurse, and on down to the rest of the staff they are the greatest. They have good interactions with Drake and treat him like he was their own,and thats very comforting to the pet owner. I will be moving out of town soon and have to look around for another vet clinic. Im not too excited about this but Im hoping to find a vet clinic out there that will provide good service to Drake.

I can not say enough about this veterinarian office. I recently moved back and had not established a new Vet for my pets yet, when something bad occurred and I needed one ASAP. Knowing my pet was in need of a vet, they squeezed him in when no appts were available. They were kind, compassionate and did everything they could for my pet. When things did not go in my pets favor, the emotional support given to me was beyond amazing. I would highly recommend this office and plan on using them for my other pets....

My boxer injured himself on Tuesday 9 June. In pain, he stood all nite, unable to sit or lay down. I called his vet, but they couldn’t see him til Monday 15 June.By Thursday morning I was desperate to get him help. I called Whittington Vets at 8am and they saw him at 9:45 that same morning. With meds and a laser treatment, Diesel’s pain subsided and he could move, Eat, sit n lay down to rest and sleep.10 stars

By far the best vet clinic I have ever visited. I’m not one to write reviews but I had to let everyone know about my experience here. The clinic is very clean (no stinky pee smell), beautiful, organized, and my favorite part is the staff. They are all so friendly, making you feel right at home in any way possible. The Veterinarian and Tech were patient with my Henry boy and gentle, also they were very attentive to his needs. I cannot get over how wonderful this place is, I want to go back just to visit the staff.

Every detail of our first visit was wonderful. ALL employees were upbeat and welcoming. Dr. Casi was thorough and unrushed and really made us feel at home and at ease.

Since their opening, the Whittington staff treated my little dog Patch with the personal care, kindness and love rarely seen these days. And when my dog became ill, they cared for her (and I suppose for us too) with the tenderness of family, up through her final days. My wife and I will never forget that and now take or new dog there. Love this place! I have a dog with multiple health problems, which makes me frustrated and crazy! They have always been amazing and helpful, even if it is just to let me vent! They have seen my fur baby (and I, lol) on our best and worst days. Would def recommend Dr. Paul and Dr. Casey, they are both amazing, compassionate, and thorough. They will explain anything to you (repeatedly, if necessary) if you want a better understanding of what is going on. I have never felt like they were rushing to get to other patients. They have been very accommodating for us multiple times. When Lillie was really sick (one of the many times :( ), Dr. Paul kept in touch with me after hours to check on her, which is extremely important to me. To me, he has gone above and beyond what is required of him. Also, the girls in the office are awesome, especially Toni and Ashley. They have seen many of our ups and downs and have been amazing through it all. I know I can call them when I need and they will help me in any way that they can! All I can say is THANKS GUYS!!!!!

Topical flea med was not applied appropriately, Instead of his shoulder blades it was applied to his side where he could lick it! Anyone working for a vet should know better!! We were very concerned-.this is a 3 month application and not cheap. We expect professionals to be concerned with out pets safety.

I have been to many vets and the care that the staff and the doctors give your pet is priceless the staff makes sure you know and understand what they are doing to your animals I was amazed at all the test they do for an annual visit they also answered all my questions and even though I couldnt get heartworm meds for my other dog (long story short we just moved back and she isnt do for an annual till February) they still had another option till she is due for her visit most vets wouldnt of even tried to make sure she was ok until then.

I am disappointed that I hadnt taken my pet to Whittington Veterinary Clinic much sooner! My terrier, Tiny, was sick due to pancreatitis and I called her regular vet to see if she could be seen. The staff at her regular vets office was very unconcerned and it seemed as though they didnt really care that my pup was not sleeping or eating.I was very upset and disheartened about their lack of concern and decided to call Whittington to see if they would see my fur baby. To my surprise the receptionist was very kind and compassionate and they were happy to take care of my fur baby. We arrived for our appointment and the atmosphere was very loving and friendly. The office is immaculate and the staff is beyond professional and endearing. The veterinarian assistant is soft-spoken and very well-trained and made what is usually a frightening experience for my pup a very stress-free one.Dr. Casi is very professional, kind, thorough, and loving. She examined my baby and prescribed meds to help with pain and to help her rest. The next morning, very early, they called to check on her, and this morning I received a postcard from them about how much they appreciated me for entrusting Tiny into their care.I highly recommend Whittington Veterinary Clinic to all who are pet-owners, and my only regret is that I hadnt scheduled an appointment much sooner so that my fur baby Tiny could receive the best care.
