Repeat customer of Jeff and his staff. Good to deal with for my powder coating needs. As a welder, it is nice to see my projects made to look great for my customers

I should have read the reviews first. He does yell at customers and a quoted price does not stand when you pick the items up. Work powder coating job was sub-par steaking and missed spots with bare metal. Im always trying to support local businesses, but not this one!

One of the worst businesses I’ve ever experienced. How they have a single customer is beyond me. A kindergarten class could have finger painted the chassis better. Refuse to fix their mistakes. For what ever reason was demanding cash only until a half hour arguement they accepted card. Complete joke. Don’t expect them to last much longer going like this.

Jeff and the guys at Coating Concepts have always treated us Great! Fast turn around, and the quality of work is excellent. Zero complaints and would recommend to anyone!

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a so called professional business. I brought in an item (trigger guard) that needed to be taken apart, sand blasted and then powder coated. Seemed simple enough but at Coating Concepts they just sand blasted the entire piece and then powder coated over everything. Of course this caused the button that opens the latch on the item to not work anymore and when I brought it back to Coating Concepts to correct they said they could not help me. So, I now had to purchase a new trigger guard for $100.00 plus I had to pay Coating Concepts $21.20 for ruining my part. If you are smart you would avoid bringing anything to this business. Talk about inept!

We are a miscellaneous metals fabricator and rely on Coating Concepts a lot. Jeff always delivers quality on time.

Worst customer service! No reliable time frame. Owner yells at customers! Horrible work thats half finished! I would never ever go to such a disgraceful place of business!

If I could rate with a zero star I would. Called and spoke to owner and the owners wife let them know the item needed sandblasted and powder coated. I also let them know that turn around time that was promised to our customer and they let me know that it wouldnt be a problem. I also explained the billing process since we are a large business we would need billed on a invoice. I had the parts delivered to them first thing Monday morning. I called Thursday to check what the status was and was told they may need an additinal day but to call back Friday morning just to verify. I called Friday morning and the owner said that he didnt get to it.. I asked if Monday was still the targeted date and he told me that I need to just come and pick the items up that they had items there for over a year that havent been done. Now knowing that I didnt feel comfortible leaving the items for another day I sent a driver to pick the parts up and let the owners wife know. Once my driver arrived the owners wife refused to bill my business and said I needed to pay with a credit card to release the items and she doubted we would pay them since we were unhappy with their service. With the type of business they run I didnt feel safe giving them my personal credit card number. After argueing over the phone I was then told that they would release the items and bill the business but if we didnt pay becuase we were unhappy with them that they would take our multi billion dollor business to court over a $100 bill. I will NEVER recommend them and will NEVER use them again.
