Dr foxwell at colonial animal was an awesome dr am so was Haley rob and nancy had to take my brothers dog in lady’s night cause she wasn’t acting her normal self so when we took her in the doctor foxwell from the start listened to everything that was going on with our dog. And when we told him what was going on he knew before doing an X-ray what she had but we didn’t know that she had phenomena also and she would have needed SX to fix the main problem and dr foxwell told us he’d do the sx but it was risky cause of her age plus phenomena that she prob wouldn’t make it Thur the sx and if we didn’t do anything she would have passed away from it so we made the decision to put our sweet gurl down and didn’t want her suffering and he was always checking on us to make sure we were ok every ten mins and he told us to take as long as we needed with her. When it came time to put her to sleep he was very sympathetic Thur the whole thing, definitely will go back to him in the future

Dr. Courtney and team were wonderful. We brought in our 3 month old kitten (Taz) Sunday afternoon. Due to unfortunate matter genetically and with underlining health evidence. We decided to surrender. Dr.Courtney was very knowledgeable and educated us with our options and alternatives. One of them was Heal Rescue, financially my girlfriend and I just couldn’t pay the 3+k to be expected. If we could pay the bill we would, but with the help of Heal Rescue we potentially could still save this little guy’s life without euthanasia. We felt we did the right thing with him at the end of the day.Prayers for him tonight. To Dr. Courtney and the wonderful team of animal hospital thank you for making us feel comfortable and keep up the good work. At least there is still some good humanity out there in this mid pandemic world we are all in.

These guys are seriously amazing. I showed up with a very sweet cat I had found outside and they immediately helped me. I mean I literally showed up with just a cat in my arms and they helped me get situated in a room and took excellent care of us! These guys are definitely in the business of helping animals and it is extremely evident! I will be back with my own pets and I am so glad to have found such an amazing vets office in Fort Myers!

These reviews are fake. They bribe their highest paying customers into writing a five star review by offering discounts. Don’t bring your pet here. They could care less and charge a ridiculous amount of money for simple procedures. The couple that runs this office, the two vets in charge, lack organizational skills and are running themselves thin. The wife seems to at least still offer some kind of human connection but the husband looks at you and sees dollar signs. Very unprofessional and uncaring group of people. I have brought my dogs here for a year now but I’ve had enough. Don’t bring your pets here. You can find better service for the same expensive price elsewhere.

We took our kitty mischeif to Colonial Animal Hospital after another vet wanted way too much money to save our baby. Colonial was able to do if for not even half the amount the first place wanted and they were amazing. The staff has been incredible and supportive throughout everything. Our baby had to have emergency surgery on Saturday 8/21 and they were able to save her and two of her kittens. Unfortunately we had to come back again for another surgery but I am beyond grateful for all the help and support we have received for our baby girl. I couldnt recommend this place enough. They truly care about the animals and their families.

They were there for me and my cat same day when I needed them when my own local vet would not take me until 2 weeks out! Very kind and reasonable prices! Will definitely make the 40 min drive and be coming back

First time here. My cat had an emergency and it was 6pm. Love that this place is open 24hrs but what I love most is the wonderful staff! From the front desk to the vet technician all the way up to the doctor… this place is wonderful. They were so sweet to my cat and took very good care of her.

My 9 month old chihuahua started having some rectal bleeding. I was able to get her an appointment for 2 hours after my phone call giving the events leading up to this. Nothing was done to my dog without their coming and asking me first. I am seriously considering changing Vets now my preferred Vet is close to retiring .

Our parrot had an injury which needed immediate attention. Our previous vet was unavailable because it was a weekend. Fortunately, we found Colonial Animal Hospital. They took our parrot immediately and gave her compassionate and professional care. Because of this, we switched to Colonial Animal Hospital for all our parrots veterinary needs. It is reassuring to know that there is someone available 7 days a week. The vets and the staff are friendly and professional. Everything is well explained. And the fees charged are reasonable. I highly recommend Colonial Animal Hospital!

The services that they offer are not over priced.... They do show allot of concerns towards their patients and I appreciate their service... I HIGHLY recommend!!

My husband and I were in Florida on vacation. We had gone to the beach with our dog and he ended up getting salt water poisoning. We immediately brought him in to the vet and he was seen right away. They pumped his stomach and put him on an IV at their clinic for 48 hours. The staff here was so great, they informed us of everything that was going on and allowed us to go in and visit our dog during his 48 hour stay at the clinic. He came home happy and healthy! We definitely recommend this clinic for your emergency pet care needs!

My cat needed an emergency visit. We were seen as soon as we came in. My cat was taken care of and the prices were much more reasonable than others. Everyone in the office was more than nice! I would definitely recommend them!

My dog became very ill on a Sunday evening, after calling my vet and being told no vet was available, they referred me to another animal hospital but after calling them I was told no vet was available but I was thankfully referred to Colonial because at this point desperation was setting in. He was getting worse by the hour. After calling them and was told to bring him right in, being that this was at 10 pm I was shocked and very much relieved that help was available. I could have possibly lost my baby if it wasn’t for Colonial. He had to be hospitalized but left there at 1 am knowing that he was in good hands with Dr. Amy. Dr. Amy even called me at 5:30 am for an update, I’ve never had that before so I was totally impressed. The staff is amazing. Love the fact that they are there for you when you need them at any hour any day/night. As I was writing this Colonial just called to check up on his progress, overly impressed. Thank you all for saving my baby. We are making the switch to this amazing place without hesitation.

I called because I am new to the area-1 month- and just returned from an out-of-state car trip with my dog, who usually is an awesome traveler, but began vomiting with several hours remaining. The staff encouraged me to walk in; my pup was seen after only a short wait. I felt she was treated extremely professionally, thoroughly, and pricing was competitive. I left feeling reassured, and hope my girl will soon be her usual playful self.

FANTASTIC VET! I called at 5pm on Saturday and Dr Stacie was examining my dog by 7pm. I am used to being treated a certain way at the vet, having a large Rottweiler named “Snake”, but here we were treated wonderfully. Everyone up front was super nice, and Dr Stacie was great. She put my mind at ease and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need and the price for everything was much lower than I was expecting. I will 1000% be coming back here anytime we need to see the vet. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

New to the area and i found this animal clinic for my pooch. staff is absolutely so sweet and helpful! i was nervous to get my puppy spayed and they reassured me and made sure i was comfortable before they took her back. they explained going home instructions very well! definitely best experience i have ever had! not to mention, the clinic is updated and VERY nice and CLEAN!

I’ve taken my German Shepherd to 4 different vets before I found colonial animal hospital and I won’t take her anywhere else! The staff from the front desk, to the tech, to the vet have always been amazing! My dog has a lot of anxiety at the vet but they always treat her with care and compassion. I love it!

(20 minutes later, a lady arrived who expected almost nothing for her cat)When you give my cat back, don’t say anything.The surgery was successful, or the cat is okay, or do I need to know anything....Nothing...Terrible place, terrible was the lady who give back my cat. The staff at Colonial Animal Hospital are all very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. After finding my cats with what looked like rat poison crumbs I called 3 Naples clinics and none wanted to help, giving one reason or another. I decided to Google Fort Myers and thankfully saw their name. I called, they answered immediately, providing me with answers, tips and the reassurance that they were waiting. Once we arrived Dr Foxwell and his team immediately began life saving measures, while being extremely kind and patient with me. (I was a wreck☹️) One of my 2 had indeed ingested large amounts of Rodenticide and had some what of a poor prognosis. Almost 3 days later he was released though and now Its been 38 days!! Colonial Animal Hospital is amazing, AND affordable! I will forever be indented.. 💜

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. It was clean, modern, and welcoming. Everyone there was wonderful, professional, and friendly. Being out of town and with a dog that didnt eat, I needed a caring veterinarian service to see what was wrong with my dog. I called one vet, and they wouldnt even consider fitting me in. Then I called Colonial Animal Hospital. Immediately they fit me and my precious pup in as soon as I could get there. The doctor recommended a cost effective treatment, but I chose to get blood work done. Very honest. All staff were compassionate, caring and so helpful. For this I will forever be grateful ,and will they will become my new veterinarian for both my dogs needs. What a great veterinarian find! Thank you EVER so MUCH!!

My wife & I brought our 2 year old cat in for a urinary blockage. Dr. Dan foxwell told my wife there were 3 options. The next day around 1pm, my wife and I went in with our cat to get one of the procedures done. They gave us the paper work and made us wait for a long time when it wasnt even busy, one of the things that I didnt like was that everyone were on their own personal conversation with the person next to them. Finally the vet tech that was gonna do the procedure came out to explain what was gonna happen. She went back in, came out and carried her conversation on with her co workers until she remembered us and our cat. She told us the procedure was an hour long, since we had to go to work they told us that we could leave our cat there and pick him up later, conveniently we did. After she picked him up she was told that they didnt reverse the anesthesia but that he was gonna be fine and back to his normal self by the next day. When they got home our cat was woozy us thinking it was the anesthesia we didnt think much of, it by the next morning he was gone.

We are traveling from out of town and our pup started acting lethargic after my husband pulled something from her throat she picked up at a campground. She was doing a lot of shaking so we thought she needed to be seen immediately.The doctor thought that she may have twisted her neck (dachshund breed) when we pulled the thing from her throat. He gave her some med for any possible inflammation and to keep her comfortable.The veterinarian and staff were really great! Very compassionate and understanding about our feelings of concern for our pup.The hospital looks very new, super clean and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this hospital for all your pet’s needs.

Dr. Dane Foxwell is THE BESTEST !!! He is not a vet doctor as job or profession it is his destiny, his live, his religion. He is really dedicated to animals and a real professional. Recommending him highly is the only way to describe him !!! -our dog is already 18 years old and should never meet a vet not being AAA+++Needed his service again last Saturday afternoon to get 2 teeth removed from our now 18.5 year old Maltese and now there is a new staff member, male 20 years young and he is a vet tech. He is as dedicated as his boss(es) and he loves animals and does a great job. He even called Tuesday to ask for the well being of our furry family member so again our rating of AAA++++++

I am so glad I came across Colonial Animal Hospital. Its so helpful that they are open 24/7 for regular appointments and emergencies.I was fixing l dog sitting for a friend and found myself needed an urgent but not emergency appointment in the middle of season, as the dog was not acting like her normal self. I called 3 vets including the one where the dog was an established client. They all told me they couldnt get me in for 2 weeks. The dog couldnt wait that long. I brought her here and they were truly wonderful. I was expecting to be charged for an emergency but it was the same as any regular appointment, and have them want to do imagining and run a bunch of tests but the Vet just diagnosed her gave her some meds and told us to come back if there were any changes or things didnt get better all was well and we didnt need to come back. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

If you speak to people whove been here they will tell you HORROR STORIES about how they were negligent to their fur babies. I cam speak from experience!! Since going public with their negligence I have since received SEVERAL messages of people who have dealt with the same.i would NEVER recommend them. Ever. Not unless you want you fur baby to DIE

I was in and out in under 55 minutes. This was a truly great experience Ive had with a vet office. I will definitely be attending this clinic with my pets. It was affordable, caring and welcoming. The overall respect I felt was truly amazing!!

I absolutely love the staff super friendly and helpful while also being professional. I have brought foster cats here when they needed help even tho I didnt have the funds for a vet visit and the helped me find rescues to get them healthy and on to their furever homes. The hours are also great cuz you never know when an emergency might happen. 10/10 would and do recommend to everyone who asks me for a good vet.

I had made an appointment Friday morning because my cat was sick. They got me in that afternoon. Then a hour later my cat got worse and was bleeding. I called they said get her here as soon as you can. They were so busy but still took care of her and I was in and out in no time. Price was great, had medicine in hand X-rays and everything 40 minutes. They are AWESOME! Very kind and caring. Honest. I can’t say enough about the care my cat and I had. I highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about this place. Our dog needed a vet for non stop diarrhea since Friday night and we couldn’t wait until next week to see our regular vet. I called on Sunday morning and had an appointment for 1pm. From the girls at the front desk to the vet tech and Dr. McGonigle all were most professional and welcoming. In just over 2 hrs from our arrival we were on our way home feeling very good that our dog got the care he needed and the meds to help with his issue. I thought for certain I’d have to wait until mid week to see our vet. Thanks so much to Dr. McGonigle and the staff at CAH for helping us on a Sunday.

Due to their irresponsibility and inability to keep proper vet records, we brought our puppy in for his round two of shots and provided his vaccination record from when he got his first round. They gave him two doses in two weeks of the same vaccination which was not supposed to be administered TWICE. It was hell trying to get them to actually send us what vaccine they had given him and honestly we still don’t believe they even put it in their records. Luckily he was only sick for about a week and pulled through however if it had been a different vaccine he might have not. Please be careful taking your fur babies here, no hate on the vet just giving an honest review.

My chinchilla got caught in her cage and dislocated her foot. I called other vets and was denied care. I called here and they immediately saw me and did an amputation for my poor fur baby. They were all super nice and even worked with me and came up with budget options. They did a free check up and took out her stitches (what was left,she pulled most out 😂) Exotics do not do well under anesthesia and this trip could’ve ended badly. I am so appreciative of them for saving her life.

Any Bosecker was caring, compassionate, and extremely helpful with my little teacup Yorkie. This has been my 3rd visit to this hospital and they haven’t disappointed me yet. Receptionist Ashlie was also very helpful throughout the process.

So I get the sense that his vet schedules a really high volume number of people. I scheduled an appointment for 10:20 and was brought to a room quickly and seen by techs quickly but did not see the doctor until 11. When he did come in he wasnt wearing a mask which I found disappointing and he looked at my animal for about 2 minutes. He didnt take her temperature or anything. Everyone was nice but I just think they are scheduling more than they can handle and I wont be going back. My cat couldve been missing a leg and the vet probably wouldnt have noticed.

I have been taking all my animals here for a long time. Colonial animal hospital has always been able to get me in same day, its such a relief knowing they are open 24/7 in case of an emergency. The staff is very friendly and truly care. I can’t say enough good things about this place!! The Drs, techs, and receptionist are all so great!

Taylors and Dr Foxwell took excellent care of my 14 year old cat, Winnie. They offered great advice and different options in care. A fine balance of care and keeping the cost within reason for my senior kitty.Front desk team was very friendly and helpful as well.

Phenomenal experience! We came here for a second opinion after being given a very bleak outlook for our dog, and Dr. Dane was very upfront and honest about the treatment plan and what we could expect. Very straightforward, very honest and realistic about what we could expect. After a week in Dr Foxwells care, we were able to bring Domino home and he is doing well! A very good experience all the way around, we will be bringing all of our pets here from now on.

Or 14 yr old poodle Max, needed emergency surgery for an intestinal blockage & we were concerned about his making it through surgery! Everything went as good as can be expected, his recovery was fast - no issues what so ever. Dr Foxwell did an excellent job and was upfront about Maxs chances. Its great to have access to quality care 24/7.

I had an emergency need yesterday for my pup she hurt her leg, I called the other emergency vet I knew of they told me it would be 3-4 hours wait, then informed me of here! WOW what an excellent experience it was I was taken back quickly and treated so nice by everyone there, I cant say enough how wonderful each staff member was all so compassionate and nice and concerned. They were busy but I was in and out in no time with X-rays and meds. Fast, efficient caring service, I will be making them my new vet as soon as I move out that way next year. I would highly recommend them! Outstanding experience in my time of concern and need for my pup!

I don’t know if I could ever forgive myself for having chosen this place.I read the reviews and the euthanasia information under the services tab on the web site. This all appeared to agree with all my past experiences at another vets office years ago when one of my pets had reached the time that his quality of life ended.Three weeks ago I brought my best friend to Colonial Vet for what I thought would be a peaceful end to his lost quality of life. This was the most agonizing event I have ever witnessed. It is hard to forgive myself for making the decision to go here.The accolades in the reviews and the statement under the services tab regarding euthanasia were not what my little dog or I experienced. I am tormented by the shock and memory of my pet screaming as the anesthesia was injected by a tech. Ten minutes later the tech returned saying it was time or did I want more time. At that point I still had not seen a Vet nor was it indicated I would see one until I asked if the Vet was going to give the final shot. That was the only time we finally saw the Vet. No one inquired anything about my dog other than his name and weight. The Vet never introduced herself. This was the coldest and most shocking experience I have ever had in over thirty years of having pets and having to put them to rest when their quality of life was diminished by age or illness. Over those years I have had five experiences with euthanasia and never once did my pet or I have to endure what I experienced at Colonial Vet. This was not an emergency. I made an appointment and I expected the same experience as stated in the services description on the website and reviews.So now I live with a devastating memory of his pain.

Having coming here for years but yesterday came back to do ultrasound to confirm pregnancy which we did 2 weeks ago they said she was pregnant and today they said no I ask for explanation they couldn’t say anything does tech don’t really know much the DR not around wait time horrible and on top one tech wich by the way she really bad at her job and not nice said I was missing 10 dollar when between me and my family we give this clinic tons of work need more presence from DR or management for me and my family we move on you’ll have lost really important clients today

I am very disapointed of this place because of the treatment to my dog form the doctor on her C-section. We had to wait from 7:30pm to 11:30pm to be operated, they did not respect the line even though she was ready for the surgery, thats why she(the dog) suffered a lot and got stressed. they tied inside and they did not allowed us to be present as the other surgery last year. Except a girl named Mariam that was very nice and gave me explanations that there was not available surgery for her yet. they told me to let me in to see the babies and her, and they never did. what I think is not professional. Last year she was paracticed another C-section with the owner of the clinic and was great, thats why we went again there, but this time this female doctor was an awful experience they had to put antibiotics, she was never with us to tell the result of the surgery. I had to take my dog here for vomiting. The staff were all super helpful! He had to stay the day to get fluids and anti-nausea medication but I was able to visit and check in on him! Prices are good and there are hardly any wait timesi!

I will never use another vet again as long as I’m in the area my cat had an accident with door dashing and a portion of his tail got caught and pulled all the skin to the bone, hey had to amputate the portion of the tail but they made it very affordable and really helped put ny mind as ease, they also accept care credit (bless these people) I’m just so happy my little guy is off too a speedy recovery and doesn’t even seem to notice some of his tail is missing I’m so happy to have someone like this in 24 hour emergency cause this happened at 1am .. i will return for the next time I need to thank you guys so much for being friendly and professional staff

I went in to check on my pet because he was not feeling well. The reception staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. After waiting a while, the vet explained that my pet will need surgery because he had something in his stomach and it will get worse day by day. We decided not to do the surgery at the moment to seek a second opinion because it was very EXPENSIVE!!!. Well the next day we went to another vet with his recent x-ray looking at how much the surgery will cost, we also explained what they told us the day before, so the new vet decided to do new x-rays, and to surprise no obstruction was shown as they had explained to us. The new vet put my pet on an IV and gave us medication. When I asked why he decided not to do a surgery, he pointed out that there is no reason to do surgery when something can be treated with medication. Today my pet is fine, no complications! I almost pay Colonial Animal Hospital over 2K for something that was treated with medication.

We were so blessed to be able to find Colonial Animal Hospital! They provided our fur baby with exemplary care, love and compassion.This was our first experience with Colonial. We originally went to another Emergency Animal Hospital that day that our primary vet recommended, for an allergic reaction that our dog was having.However we were extremely dissatisfied with that place and ended up leaving without her being seen there. We found Colonial Animal Hospital on Google while searching for another emergency vet to take our sweet girl.When we called and let them know we needed an appointment right away, they were very kind and welcoming and assured us they would help her and to bring her right in. They were very busy, but remained so sweet and professional.Our girl is very shy of strangers and very skittish and at that moment was still a bit traumatized from her experience at the prior vet. She wasn’t too thrilled about getting out of the car.I let them know how she was acting and they assured us they would do whatever it took for her to be seen.What happened next was pure awesomeness!The Doctor/Owner Dr. Foxwell came out to our van personally to see our dog within minutes of our arrival. He got right into the van and assessed her and was able to treat her with some medicine. It truly showed his love and dedication for his fur patients and to his profession, and we were blown away by his gesture.You have gained a new fur patient Dr Dane and staff! Thank you for showing care, concern, respect, and kindness! We thank you for helping our Taylor ! You all are wonderful!!🐶🐶🐶

Dr. Foxwell told me to give my cat that had not eaten in days insulin. That is completely irresponsible and dangerous. He was extremely dismissive of me. I most certainly do not recommend this clinic.Tails-a-Waggin was wonderful!

BEWARE!! Please avoid this establishment if at all possible. Nightmare scenario.We brought our dog in for an emergency visit in the middle of the night as we awoke to him having seizures. He was given Xrays and had labs drawn to determine a possible cause as this had never happened before. Upon returning with the lab results, the vet, who referred to our dog as she several times before I ensured he understood our dog was male, simply returned a diagnosis of Diabetes for our dog. With no explanation or review of lab work, we were sent home with a box of syringes and a vial of insulin and told to start injecting our dog twice a day. No treatment was performed at the hospital to stabilize a dog who was apparently having diabetic seizures.Upon returning home we realized all of the labs we were given were well within normal reference range. I called the hospital to inquire about how the diagnosis of diabetes was determined. The technician told me it is complicated and hard to explain, but the doctor would not diagnose something if he werent certain. Thankfully, I went for a second opinion with our primary vet in the morning. All blood work and urinalysis were normal once again.After the follow up normal results, I called Colonial Animal Hospital to try and figure out what had happened. I was told by the doctor that the lab results I actually received the night before were for another dog incorrectly input on my dogs chart. I was not buying this as I just had my dog tested again and everything read normal. I requested my dogs correct results which were emailed to me the following day. The chart I was now given had the patient name and info completely blacked out at the top. This was clearly an attempt to pass off another dogs labs as mine. The lab results I was told were correct also had a timestamp reading 12:00AM however we were not in the hospital until 3:00AM.Finally the doctor agreed to provide us with a full refund AFTER we returned the unnecessary insulin and AFTER he had requested that my wife sign an NDA to not speak about this potentially fatal mistake and the attempted cover up.I do understand mistakes happen but the attempt to cover this up is not forgivable. Please avoid this establishment whenever possible.

As my first time dealing with an emergency surgery, I came in 2 days ago with my 3 month old German. The ownerdid X-rays!!!! and jumped to conclusion & said she had wood in her stomach. They were very unprofessional and didn’t know what tf they were talking about. I ended up transferring her to a diff hospital in Naples called eph , they were immediately way better . More professional. They did the surgery and found no wood!!! She did not eat anything that caused blockage!! The ower of colonial hospital is the one who said she had wood in her!!

The interior of the building is very clean and professional, with the staff being friendly and welcoming. Dr. Foxwell addressed all of my concerns honestly and politely. The staff really seems to care about the animals they see.I took my two cats in that were sneezing, and they resolved the problem quickly with two injections. From my experience, it is also similarly simple and quick to get an appointment, with wait times being minimal. Punctual, professional, and to the point. Just the way I like it.Am quite glad I found this vet and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is a bit higher budget than Im used to, but its well worth the price. Paying a little extra for healthier cats and more peace of mind is definitely worth it.Thank you to everyone at Colonial Animal Hospital from Apple and Klerba! 😻

My party and I visited on a Saturday; one of their busier days. Its nice that this establishment in 24 hours but the customer service was lacking after you left the reception area. I came with a friend to have his male cat neutered. The staff greeted us right away when we came in. That was professional , thank you! Seating is limited on a busier day but they do have a couch in the back behind the wall which helps. We were given an appt time but were not seen for about an hour; which was fine for us getting a last minute appt so quickly and having nowhere else to go. The questions we asked shouldnt have been answered by any of the veterinarians in training. No information about the neutering of our cat should be relayed through staff that are volunteering. I say this because in the span of 15 minutes we were brought into an exam room and told something different about either the procedure or what we should do and when they would be doing the procedure. Too many different people were coming into the room. It was really unprofessional. The Vet who actually did the procedure, she seemed really stressed out to be doing anything else there; and because of this we feared that our cat wouldnt receive the best care. We went outside to wait for the procedure. When everything was completed, our cat was brought out trembling and still under heavy medication. They didnt even wrap him in a blanket; it was super unprofessional. It felt like Here take your cat back!

Dr. Dane gave me a better perspective on which direction I should go when dealing with my beloved Yorkie, Pixie. He explained my options with confidence, clarity, and respected my decisions. Also, the fact he was available at 3 am to answer my concern, was even more comforting.I will be using Dr. Dane to care for my other 2 babies for sure! Nice to finally find a Vet I can trust.

This was my first time coming here so I forgot the name of the vet that helped my guinea pig Artemis but he was fantastic! Artemis is back to his happy self so whatever you did in the back room did the trick! Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful. I will be coming back in the future with my other guinea pigs. In August we had to say goodbye to our 12 year old cat, who was in kidney failure. They were so helpful, kind, and professional. One week ago we had to put down our beloved 18 year old beagle. We decided to return to this hospital instead of our regular vet, due to the kindness they showed us previously. Putting down our 18 year old beagle was the hardest decision we had to make, and they helped us get through it. With each loss, we were given paw prints, beautiful urns, and the ashes of our beloved pets. They are a great hospital with a kind and empathic staff. Thank you Colonial Animal hospital for helping us get through the devastating loss of two fur babies.

Amazing response time! Our Golden had a ruptured cyst and they got her into surgery for removal less than an hour after we got there! So comforting and such a great team!

Dr Foxwell is by far the best Vet we have ever met! He is caring, thoughtful, reassuring, and shows a great amount of empathy!!! From now on this is the only Vet we will be bringing our dogs to!

Yesterday our precious cat of 16 years, Poopner was very ill. They took us in right away, the vet and the nurse were super compassionate and took their time explaining things and options to us. Everyone was beyond kind, and very straight forward with the best plan of action to ensure the best overall health for my dear cat, Cat. My 12 year old kitty needed urgent care. I had an appointment an hour after calling. My kitty was hospitalized for 2 days and got exceptional care at a very reasonable rate. Dr. Stacie Foxwell and her team are amazing!! Our American Eskimo loves her and we will always bring him to her happily. Highly recommend. I called and that were able to get me in on the same day, upon arrival they promptly came in and assessed my kitten and shortly thereafter the Vet came in and saw him and told me his plan. He has to have emergency surgery, it when went well. The staff were professional, friendly, polite and very helpful. The Veterinarian was knowledgeable, professional

My Chihuahua Sammy was treated here in the middle of the night after an injury. The staff was friendly, patiently answered all my questions, and treated Sammy as quickly as possible. Dr. Foxwell even called personally to tell me everything went well. I appreciate their kindness through such a difficult situation.

I brought my 2 year old male cat here a few months ago who had a urinary blockage to stay over night for 2 nights until I can bring him to my vet clinic Friday morning. A technician pulled on his catheter and caused it to come out completely while he was in his carrier. She didnt even bother to tell anyone about it, not sure if she pulled it the first night second night or during the day but she was not responsible to own up to her mistake to have someone know about it so they can put a new catheter in himI didnt find out until I got to work and my doctors saw it was out and had to unblock him AGAIN and I called this clinic to inform them what they did and the doctor apologized to me but my cat re-blocked during their stay and because of that my cat didnt get better and had to be euthanized a few days later. I will NEVER do business with this clinic again especially if they have irresponsible technicians working for them.
