I can’t believe how amazing they treated us and how amazing they left my house. I had a company come in to re-tile my shower and they did not plastic off my bathroom or air vents, I had construction dust all over my house, my kid is asthmatic and I was unable to stay in my house for two days. They came right away scheduled me in and cleaned everything and organized everything for me. We have been using Royal Cleaning since we first opened our AirBNB. Cleaning will make or break this business and I am happy to say that we have had nothing but 5 Star reviews since we started. Royal needs to add a response for Superb Quality because Good Quality does not cover it. All the tabs above were checked because they were all true. Add great customer service attitude, exceeding expectations by suggesting things that as a customer I had missed. This was important because I am selling my home. You simply cannot do better than Royal.

Carlos, Julio and Brenda did not clean my home. Corners in my house had spiders and dirt. All my ceiling fixtures were not cleaned. Under the beds were not vacuumed. When I called to complain Carlos said to me that he guarantees his work and would come back and clean on Monday morning. On Monday morning, I text Carlos to confirm what time he will arrive and he responded: Im sorry my driver has no show up yet will text you one he does so we could coordinateIm also super late to my cleaning.Sorry for the inconvenienceHe is MIAHe did not call me. I tried calling him and he did not answer my call. I left a message and he never responded. Ive decided to clean my house. I will never use them ever or recommend them.

Over promised under delivered. Scheduled a cleaning several days in advance and the owner promised me he would be there without a doubt. Not only did they not show up for the cleaning, they didn’t even answer the phone AT ALL. Don’t use this company if you are looking for a reliable cleaning company because they are far from it.

It is not just a bad job. Its more like a scam. He said his team will come. But he showed up himself at our door after changing the time several times. I requested, and paid for a deep cleaning inside, and out in the lanai. But he didnt even touch our kitchen, In other rooms he only vacuumed in the middle areas, toilet uncleaned,.. For the lanai he only sprayed the water on it, and left the water running until i found out later that night. HORIBBLE EXPERIENCE. NOONE DESERVE THIS SCAM!!

We did a move out clean and I’m pretty sure the guy never went there at all. My landlord said the house is still dirty and it doesn’t look like it’s been clean whatsoever. When confronted, Carlos said he’d go back over and fix it. He never did. HORRIBLE service and please don’t waste your money.

DO NOT USE!! As a first time home buyer, I scheduled a deep cleaning with Carlos the owner. He told me weeks in advance he would have a crew arrive to clean the property and he would personally be there as this was our first time doing business together. He was set to arrive at 11:30, but then had to reschedule for 1:00 for a “school function for his son”. He did not realize that I receive text messages from my community when somebody passes through the gate under my name. He finally arrived at my place at 3:54 pm. I received a text message about an hour later that everything was complete and the cleaning “went great!”. When I arrived the next day I noticed that the floors had not been swept and immediately went to the lanai and noticed he had not done a single thing! He turned on every light In my house to make it look as thought he had cleaned every room. The only thing he did was steal a bottle of champagne from my fridge that my realtor had purchased from me.Pictures attached were taken after the “deep cleaning”.After confronting Carlos he told me he would “review it”. I had 100% been taken advantage of. He promised to come the next day at 8am to clean with a crew. Surprise, at 5:30am he cancelled. The next day he threatened to sue if we were to voice our frustrations but I am posting his in hopes that others do not get taken advantage of by Carlos Molina like I was.

I want to thank Royal Cleaning for doing a wonderful job cleaning my fathers house. These guys are the best. I was looking for a company to give my fathers house a deep cleaning and that is exactly what these guys did. They took every shelf out of the oven, refrigerator and micro wave and cleaned them inside and out, they washed all of the windows inside and out. The mirrors were all cleaned as well as the ceiling fans. They used carpet cleaner on the carpets and mopped the tile floors. The bathrooms were cleaned top to bottom. Carlos and his people do an amazing job cleaning everything. But in addition to that, he knows how to fix anything. So he also unclogged 2 drains and fixed the garbage disposal. They came and did zero laundry, they took my money anyway without asking if I wanted them to do another job instead of laundry for my cash. When confronted, they act as if they were right.
