Wow!!!!! Seriously some really great service from some great people. One of the guys came by a few days ago ( I believe his name Daniel or Dan or Danny) came by my wife wanted the tiles cleaned deeply from the floors and the walls and woooooooo!!!! Looks completely brand new.. Im calling them again to do our carpets before the month ends. God bless you all.

Prices are outrageous and i Rented equipment multiple times from them and each time i rented i had an issue that couldnt get resolved. Each time i return the equipment i give them details on the issue i had with it. Today 6-7-19 i rented a portable that i have rented out before from them, the week prior. I had the same issues today that i had a week ago, not only that, the portable was filled intentionally with soap by some one. I inform the ladies in the front about my issue with it and me losing money with the equipment do to the time it took for me to clean out the soap and it still was filled with it even after i spent 45 minutes trying to clean it out. The soap residual was still present. Also they forgot to give me proper hoses that i needed for the machine i rented as well as a carpet wand that was disgusting and not working well either. Excel said no one has had it before me that its my fault its filled with soap!!!!!!!! as far im concerned you do not blame customers who are constantly reporting problems to them about their equipment and problems that are not getting resolved. I have been told good luck by their mechanic when they couldnt help over the phone to fix the machine they gave to me broken. Also ive had my truck mount worked on there, the price they charged me for the quality in work they performed was unacceptable. Things were left loose, and unproper installation. i was charge again to fix their mistakes when it was taken back in for service. My service with excel is done and do not recommend anyone using their facility for any reason.
